Quietly located, you can reach the city center and shopping in 5 minutes. 300 meters away, the resort Val Blu (wellness/gym) beckons. Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn trade fair park is 25 minutes away, the Brandnertal bike park is only 15 minutes. You can enjoy the view of mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are directly within walking distance, and in winter the journey is no problem even without winter equipment.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.
