An awesome stay! The home is definitely secluded, so I think a rental car is a necessity. Waking up to the ocean breeze every day was a great experience. Pool was great, 2 minute walk to ocean with few guests on the beach. Hard to say how crowded the beach would be during the high season. Mina and her crew kept the place clean and tidy. Her prepared breakfast and lunch were always delicious and plentiful. More of a brunch that would typically be ready at 10a or a little after. Kind of late in the day for those early risers and/or families with kids. Hugo/Wendolin both responsive by text. At one point hot water was turned off for about 12 hours for some unknown reason which led to some grumpy kid cold showers. Wifi was completely out for the last 3 days of the stay which was a real bummer d/t my work. They provided a neighbor's wifi which worked for 10 minutes then cut out d/t low signal. We were told it was an issue with the whole complex, but then why would the neighbor's work?

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

Very comfortable clean place to stay.

Alberto was an incredible host, very friendly and responsive. The resort was pristine, beautiful setting. Location is walkable and cheap Uber rides anywhere. Suite was definitely dated but clean, spacious and comfortable. Good value for the experience!

My family of 2 adults and 3 small children (4,7,9) had a wonderful stay at the Panoramic Suite at Hotel Marboka. So much positive things to say, but the highlights were: 1) warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff and hosts who helped us with our many questions and requests. This really made our stay outstanding. 2) priceless view of the Bay of Banderas. We were lucky to come during whale watching season and saw whales several times a day from our apartment. On the kitchen side we saw a lovely view of the forested hills. 3) Playa Conchas Chinas is a little gem. A "baby beach" just outside the hotel and a different section with fun, larger waves just a short walk away. 4) Peaceful, low key location just outside of the busier area, which is exactly what we were looking for, but still very easy to bus or taxi into town. 5) great restaurant right downstairs. There are many stairs but we didn't mind - fun for the kids and we got our steps in. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. The views from the deck were BREATHTAKING and we loved eating all our meals on the large table outside. The sound of the waves crashing was relaxing and the changing ocean scenery was a special backdrop to our holiday. The condo was spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great everyone had their own bathroom too. We hope to return to this place again!

An incredible place to spend a vacation to rest with the best view without a doubt

the hosts are kind, response quickly and always willing to help. Large accommodation , very clean and well-equipped, close to markets, restaurants and bars. I would recommend the place to anyone.

We were here for a bachelorette party and LOVED our stay! The unit was very spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything we needed during our trip. The concierge was helpful with storing our luggage, as our flight did not leave until several hours after checkout. They also helped our private chef easily get in and out of the building. The pools were also amazing and a favorite amenity in our group. Would visit again and recommend to friends and family!

The place is very good, comfortable and clean; it has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay, the pool is practically always empty and the whole place is very quiet.

Had a great stay at Carlos' place. We had a couple of Minor hiccups but they were attended too really quickly. This condo is really nice and Carlos provided the important basics to make it a lovely stay and responded to us very quickly when there was a question. The condo itself is very spacious and well appointed. We had a great stay and highly recommend this location for a family looking to relax and enjoy a lovely resort. The restaurants on site were an absolute blessing and the whole place is kept really clean. I love the ocean so to see it every day and sit in front of the ocean and listen to the waves at the pool area or restaurants was amazing.

Everything was excellent with our stay. The whole building was very well maintained and clean. The suite itself was as described, with a great view off the front deck. The bed and linens were perfect. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Andale, the location is great, very central with quick access to the beach and old town, major bus stops (to Boca and El Tuito for the botanical garden), yet it is tucked away a bit so the street is calm, and the building is rather quiet. The community of international part-time residents in the building was very welcoming and Claudia who welcomed us was lovely and let us arrive a couple hours before check in to drop our luggage.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. We used the back bedroom to avoid the street noise. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring local eateries and shops.

It is a very pleasant place and its environment with nature, highly recommended to rest for a few days, they gather the quality of cleanliness and service, in rooms and all its areas, it has a common pool area, very pleasant terrace and restaurant. Invited to return and my thanks to the host Juan Carlos for his kindness and attention at all times I highly recommend it

This place has a great location, right behind the Galerías Mall and super close to the airport. Just a $10 MXN you can ride a local bus to the Malecón, Down Town área and Zona Romantica. Great one bed Apartment.

Excellent as always, good service, communication and the area is very nice, it is my favorite accommodation in Mezcales, as it offers an excellent balance between comfort and price, I highly recommend it!!

Pedro is one of the most excellent hosts I’ve ever experienced! He is Attentive, caring, so very helpful and extremely friendly! I have stayed at his air bnbs several times thru the last couple years and I felt right at home! I recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Puerto Vallarta!
