Jutta and Herbert were great hosts. They often asked if everything was OK or if something was missing. The apartment is large, there is enough choice of dishes. You can sit and relax in the courtyard on warm days. There are two lovely cats, one is very trusting. On cold days, the heating works. Worth seeing in the area are Plauen (''father and son figures), the August Horch Museum in Zwickau, the German-German Museum in Mödlareuth and the Botanical Garden in Hof. For birdwatchers, the Plothener ponds and the Untreusee are recommended. I highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay with our three young children and a nice week of snow and skiing. The accommodation was just right for us in terms of size and location to the slopes (all within walking distance). Communication with the host was very straightforward and the manager on site has been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great weekend at Marc's place. The old factory villa has a lot of charm and is very nicely furnished, with a modern kitchen that is very well equipped and a very new bathroom. The property is very suitable as a starting point for hiking tours. Marc was also very nice and showed us everything in the place. Communication with him was impeccable.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

We had a lovely and relaxing weekend at this place! As a group of 9 women, we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and we were able to relax and enjoy the time together. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time.
