Our stay is Vincenzo's apartment was excellent! It is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment decorated with a lot of taste and love. We stayed here a bit longer, and it felt very much like being at home. The owners are extremely nice and helpful in case of any questions. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is plans to visit this part of Italy.

We stayed in 4 people The B&B is located in a quiet area with the possibility of free parking. The apartment is large and equipped with every comfort: a spacious kitchen full of utensils, two large double rooms with fully equipped closets and a bathroom. The room was well heated and super clean. We really appreciated the possibility of having breakfast with products provided by the host We felt pampered and at home. A beautiful experience that allowed us to cope with serenity the next day. The host is always responsive to any questions or requests . If we come back here, we'll definitely book it. We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit and left us their phone numbers for any reason. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the accommodation and they were so kind as to meet us on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was so kind as to personally accompany us to the station on our departure. The place is very tidy and clean, but a bit far from the center if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by public transport, available until about 8:30 pm.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

We had a great time at Sergio's, the apartment is large and spacious, very clean! Very cool despite the low outdoor temperatures. Sergio was helpful and very kind. For the price, already great, there is also breakfast included in a nearby bar there is also included breakfast in a nearby bar!

Everything was great. We were in Urbino for her son's graduation. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and with a nice garden. The location is quiet, right in the center, close to everything you need. Clean and thoughtful. Adalberto is a friendly person. We had a doubt a few days before departure because of my father with a disability, he contacted us immediately and explained well so we could evaluate. Unfortunately for people with wheelchairs the apartment is in fact not accessible , my father walks a little and although it was not easy in any case we were able to organize ourselves , on the other hand Urbino is a little like that , go up and down , and it is beautiful for that too. Also, traveling with a disabled elderly person and a one and a half-year-old gave us the kindness to anticipate a couple of hours before check-in, he was really kind.

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Perfect accommodation for families with children. We stayed for New Year's Eve in 2 families: 4 adults and 4 children and the attic room with 4 single beds turned out to be perfect for the kids. The garden equipped with games for them was very much appreciated! Tiziana was very friendly and helpful and responsive in her answers. Flexible also for check-in and check-out times. If I have to look for something to criticize, it was not clear to us in the ad that the heating system depends on a fireplace that must be continuously fed for the floor below. Upstairs, there is an air conditioner in the double bedroom that can also heat the other rooms. The fireplace creates a beautiful atmosphere, but since there is no monoxide detector we always preferred to turn everything off before sleeping (as a result when we woke up the house was quite cold)
