We stayed in this apartment for 2 days and had a great time. Already from the entrance with a nice little garden it is to be considered very cozy, as well as the apartment suitable for 2 people,modern and relaxing. My partner was thrilled at first sight! An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

Perfect place for families with kids. We stayed for New Year's Eve in 2 families: 4 adults and 4 children and the attic room with 4 single beds turned out to be perfect for kids. The garden equipped with games for them was very much appreciated! Tiziana was very friendly and helpful and responsive in her responses. Flexible also for check-in and check-out times. If I have to look for a hair in the egg, it was not clear in the listing that the heating system depends for the floor below on a fireplace that needs to be continuously fed. Upstairs, on the other hand, there is an air conditioner in the double bedroom, which can also heat the other rooms. The fireplace creates a beautiful atmosphere, but since there is no monoxide detector, we always preferred to turn off everything before sleeping (as a result when we woke up the house was very cold)

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
