We stayed - me, my husband, young daughter and two dogs - for 40 days at Miriam's apartment while we finished the renovation of our apartment. During that time, it was as if we were really living there. Everyone in the building, from the janitor to the neighbors, was extremely kind and helpful to us - that was certainly what struck us the most. The neighborhood is excellent and the apartment is really well lit, as the listing shows. It was recently renovated, so the bathroom was brand new, floors too. The kitchen is a little older, as are the sheets and linens, but overall they didn't affect our comfort. The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and a good desk to work at, with excellent natural light. In addition, it also has a small library with good titles. The living room has a sofa bed, but it's not very comfortable to sleep on for many nights.

The apartment of Mr. Humberto is perfect. Very safe, beautiful, well organized and clean. Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood. Very well equipped. It has everything a family needs to spend great days. We'll be back for sure. Thanks

the apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is very well equipped, it is from back so there is no problem of noise with the avenue, just have to go down 2 flights of stairs to the back and then climb to the third floor where the apartment is, it has a very good location, close to parks and supermarkets. The host Leonardo was the one who attended me, was very helpful and very good people, always available to meet and respond to doubts.

A great option to stay in Porto Alegre. Apartment is a bit small, but in excellent condition. Hosts are willing to help and very responsive.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos. Clean, airy, very well equipped with everything that is necessary for everyday life. Location of easy access and locomotion. My first stay was 3 weeks and I will definitely return. Ilana is kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, great view of the city being on level 12, watching the sunset. The location is perfect, across the road from a beautiful park and supermarket, and only a short drive into the city or airport. Its within a complex so you also have access to tennis courts, pools and bbq areas. It’s very secure with on-site security 24 hours. Would highly recommend!!! Lu the host is great and was so helpful when we wanted to extend our stay, made it so easy. We were there for almost 2 weeks and felt it was our home away from home. Thanks so much Lu!!
