Firstly Livia was of a magnificent kindness! City always catered to us promptly, a lot requests! The apartment is wonderful everything very new and organized, it had everything we needed. The very smelling and clean bed and towels, as well as the whole apt, too. The condominium had all the facilities we needed, including a grocery store. My boys loved the pool, playground, court… anyway! Our family was very well received by the condominium staff too, all very kind! We only have to thank Lívia for the hospitality and for sure when we get back to Rio we will be there again! They can locate without fear because they will not regret it!

The place reflects Rio's beauty perfectly with its priviledged location at the noble part of town (south zone) and the mesmerizing view. The host is honest and always prioritizing the guest's experience. Definitely, when back in Rio, I'll stay in this place again! Very solid 5 stars experience.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, with very effective air conditioning. Doors to apartment block always had staff controlling access. Excellent location - 2 minute walk to Copacabana beach and to local restaurants, bars and shops. Felt a very safe area. Flat beach front walk to Ipanema in 20 minutes. Excellent base to visit this lovely city and I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Monica’s home was very comfortable for us. It’s so spacious with a magnificent view to the water. It has simple equipment but you have all that you need for pleasant staying. Another important advantage that it’s very safe area whenever you go out

We went myself and my fiancé to Victor's house for New Year's!It is a charm, super cozy, beautiful furniture,very well-equipped, kitchen had everything, even rs bread machine, pity I don't know how to do, but I will learn for when I return rs! All very clean and organized, the beautiful external space tbm, we barbecue, you could see fireworks from various directions..despite being in a village, the house is totally isolated from the others, with a lot of privacy! And Victor? Wonderful, I already want to be his childhood best friend from now on, was very helpful all the time, he quickly answered all questions, very attentive and worried about us, excellent host! Just go, you'll love it!The only points I think can improve is the issue of the announcement information,which could have more details, to optimize the time of both, such as talking about the ramp and stairway with many steps to the house, being a villa..the weak but warm shower, the bed and pillows we find hard, other than that all perfect!We love!

An amazing weekend! Casa is identical to the photos, super comfortable and cozy, we spent a very satisfied weekend. The location is great, but you can't do anything on foot, the place is super cool and the house contains all the necessary utensils. Maria is super attentive, solved all our doubts and helped us with several indications. We will definitely return!

Quiet, walkable, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe to walk, as long it is towards the beach. It's close to the entrance of one of the favelas but it felt safe. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious. The only hiccup from my stay was the check-in. The hostess didn't communicate with the on-site supervisor about my stay, and I almost couldn't check in after traveling for 10+ hours on a plane. Luckily, I proved to the onsite supervisor that I had indeed booked the apartment by showing my confirmation from Airbnb. Despite this minor incident, I’d stay here again, but check in with the hostess before your arrival so this doesn't happen to you.

Very nice the complex and the facilities I had, pools, spa area, games and activities for boys, food area within the complex. We were greeted by José and showed us the entire complex very kindly. While the beaches are not close by, the place has all the conveniences to stay inside. Highly recommended.

rodrigo served us whenever we need it. the apartment is a little withdrawn but has a close trade. We missed some items like coffee maker, and more pillows, but everything else was very complete, clean and the condominium was safe , offers amenities like beauty room and market, inside the building.

We had a great time Rita and Marco were always present in all our concerns , the housing complex with premium features, we would definitely return !!!

Emily’s place was beautiful! We enjoyed the resort and the view from the apartment- very close to grocery store too! The restaurant at the resort was awesome too! Definitely recommend highly!
