Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Norwich

The cottage is in a quiet location, with extensive views from the dining-room over fields. The house is spotlessly clean, excellently equipped and extremely comfortable. The house is even more spacious than the photographs suggest, and it made a superb base from which we explored north Norfolk. There is a lot to do near by as well as some great restaurants. Within walking distance is a good Thai restaurant (the Crawfish Inn), and at Letheringsett, just a mile west of Holt, is the excellent King's Head pub, where the food is top notch. We would strongly recommend Julia's fabulous cottage. Thank you, Julia, for making our stay so comfortable.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Little Lodge as it is perfect for us and our dog; clean and comfortable with off street parking and a garden. It has everything we need and ideally located in a quiet road close to all the amenities the town of Sheringham has to offer. Within easy driving distance to other beaches and towns along the north Norfolk coast Little Lodge would always be our first choice to stay. Thank you Rachel, we look forward to visiting again in 2025.

Beautiful, homely but spacious cottage. Easy access to lovely Norfolk beaches and nice to have a few amenities in walking distance. Kids loved running around in the big garden too.

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

A perfect house to enjoy our new year break ! Great location! With parking right outside! Everything we could have needed was in the house , it was cosy,warm and inviting and a good outdoor space for warmer days . We all had a fab stay and would like to return in the summer. Loved the Xmas tree and appreciated the bubbly !! Many thanks 😀

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

I have stayed at Ben's B&B in the village of North Elmham before. I keep returning for more. The accommodation is beautifully styled and much thought goes into the details to make the stay of guests more enjoyable. One of many highlights for me is the wonderful breakfasts prepared by Heather, Helen and Ben. I highly recommend this Norfolk gem.

We had a lovely stay at this interesting and comfortable apartment. Everything in Norwich city centre was within easy walking distance. Great architecture in the city with quirky small cobbled streets as well as an excellent shopping centre.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

Angie's place is a brilliantly located, comfy and cosy apartment literally steps from the centre of Sheringham but without any of the noise you get with town centre living. For "cosy" there's no need to read "small" - the living spaces were a really good size, as were the two bedrooms. Having off road parking right outside the gate was also a huge plus. Angie was very responsive and dealt with a minor issue really quickly. All in all, a great stay in our favourite place in Norfolk.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The Hoveller is a great place to stay. All of Sheringhams amenities are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was spotless and we loved the style/decor. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Beautiful, calming stay. The apartment was perfect in everyway. Extremely comfortable bed, lounge was cosy with on demand TV. The highlight was the sauna which was super easy to use and so therapeutic. The decking a perfect spot to relax with a coffee watching life on the river was so idyllic. Verity was the perfect host, even though it was brief, I feel blessed to have met her.

Fran and David were wonderful hosts. They left treats on arrival (wine, delicious cookies, bread, eggs and milk!), responded immediately to messages and were so attentive and thoughtful. We had a brilliant stay and absolutely loved Cromer and the apartment. Thank you so much!

Fantastic site for a short term stay. You park in a courtyard that is adjacent to the property. That makes it really easy for pets and luggage. There is a kitchen area, a hallway with a bathroom off and then a bedroom at the far end of the hallway. The tv is in the bedroom to one side of the bed. The kitchen has a fridge, a single ring and a microwave as well as cutlery and crockery. All really good, but mainly for reheating or microwave meals. We stayed 1 night for our second visit and the Nest was ideal. Great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet.

A lovely place to stay, very cosy and had everything you needed. Excellent location, close to all amenities. Off road parking in a gated driveway was very good too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This was the perfect place for me and my dog to stay in Cromer - lovely and cosy and comfortable, everything you could think of was provided and right in heart of Cromer. It’s only a few seconds’ walk from the cliff top and town centre. Emma was such a good communicator, I and my dog were warmly welcomed. Emma had left really clear instructions for everything. It’s a self-contained groundfloor apartment and so no stairways to negotiate with luggage and dog stuff, just a couple of steps up to the front door. The garden is also safely enclosed for the dog to go out for a run. I found a parking space close by in the road and left my car there all visit. All in all a real gem - thank you, I’ll be staying here again😊

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
