Apartment vacation rentals in Northwest Houston

Monique's apartment was exactly what we needed for what we came into town for. My wife and I were there for a concert at the House of Blues and it was just a nice, short walk to the venue. You cannot beat the location for the price. The apartment itself was beautiful and the city view from the balcony was superb. Monique was very helpful, patient and kind. The perfect host. The area felt very safe and we had a great time. Thank you, Monique for allowing us to stay in your place!

My stay of more then 2 months was for professional reasons. The apartment is very private with everything you need for a longer stay. Very modern furnishings including modern household technology. Highly recommended.

The check in instructions were very clear and accurate. We had difficulties with getting in because we don’t have US phone numbers, that’s the only negative thing. But Kobe was quick to respond and made sure we got in in a matter of minutes. Everything else was PERFECT! Kobe was super helpful and responded right away whenever I wrote. There were a bit pf traffic noise from the street, but only cars passing by - no music from cars, no honking, no breaks squeaking etc. Nice to have a garage to park in and there were plenty of available spots. Super great location, easy to find, clean and spacious apartment, looks exactly like pics. Would definitely stay again!

The space was exactly what I was expecting and I liked the ease of a “front desk” check in. Neither of the televisions worked the first night but they were responsive and able to get one of the tvs working for my second night. Easy parking. Good access to toll road/highways.

Great place on a quiet street in an excellent location. Lots of things to do in a very walkable area. Rental is clean and has everything you would need for a short or long term rental.

Host is extremely EASY to get a hold of. FAST response and readily available for any issues questions or concerns. The Place was very CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. Smells SO FRESH AND NICE! lots of plug ins which I appreciate when you open the door it makes you feel right at home. Such a comfortable bed! Only thing I wish there was in the bedroom was a small dresser or night stand. Just something for extra belongings as I did stay for a month, but there is a nice big closet that was fine. No tv in bedroom, only living room. For me I like tv in the bedroom others do not. It’s a personal preference. Appliances worked just fine. Shower pressure good. Paper goods, Cleaners, laundry soap, trash bags were on hand. Parking in garage, never had any issue finding an open spot. NOTE If you have two vehicles your first one is registered to park in garage safely. Any Secondary vehicle must be parked in visitor parking on top floor of garage or you will tow you. Overall loved my stay! Thanks for having me

Marie helped us out tremendously. We had to rebook our stay due to another host canceling the day before we were expected to arrive. There was no additional deposit required to book with her and i loved that considering the last minute circumstances. Marie was very pleasant and anytime i wrote her she responded right away. The place was beautiful and comfy. Thank you for this amazing Houston experience.

Markeith was very nice and pleasant, Great Communication, everything was exactly how it looked and Spacey. Instructions was very clear and I would definitely be using the luxury luxury properties again. I will recommend this place to anyone who's coming to Houston to stay.

Cozy, private space. Bed is soft yet firm, water pressure is great and gets really hot, kitchen is nicely stocked with appliances, driveway has space for 2 cars. Had a wifi issue and Jake replied and resolved it within minutes. Would definitely stay here again

whenever I'm in Houston for at least 2 nights in always check to see if Jeff's place is available. the apartment is perfect including a community pantry which always has goodies. it's so nice after traveling to have a little something available to snack on without having to go out.

This was our second stay at Brittany’s place. The unit was clean, quiet, and easily accessible. She was also able to provide garage access which was a plus for transporting all of our dishes for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend staying here!

Joyers place felt like home. He was responsive, positive & very helpful. His place is just as described. I’d definitely recommend staying there if you’re visiting Houston.

This is my second stint at Steffi’s place in a month or so. I LOVE it so much, I’m considering it my second home when I’m in Houston on business if available. Can’t see myself staying anywhere else!!

I stayed in several homestays and found that the central air conditioning on this side is not very quiet, not the kind of central air conditioning in China is very quiet, it is not very adaptable, everything else is good

Very easy to get into apartment, comfy bed, big kitchen, shower gets very hot as well. Would book again!

Well curated furniture and art. Neat space for a comfortable historic Heights stay. Nam Eatery across the street is one of my favorites. Peaceful courtyard with beautiful trees.

Hosts were responsive and super kind! The place looked exactly like pictures and very comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Tej was the most amazing host I’ve ever had! She was very accommodating and very responsive. She checked in on me the morning after I checked in and I thought that was so sweet of her. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. 10/10!

Me & my husband spent the weekend here for our mini honeymoon & we absolutely loved it!!! Perfect for two people & the jacuzzi was a plus! Sailin was very attentive with answering any questions about anything at any time & she was soo sweet. The place looks exactly like the photos & it was super clean & smelled very good when we walked in. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely come again.
