Vacation rentals with a kayak in Northern Thailand

The house is big and spacious, very nice and new. The real thing is much more beautiful than the pictures. The swimming pool is wide. Parking in the area of the house for many cars. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are only green colors. The surrounding area has 8 houses that are rented out, but they do not disturb each other. And there are also people and security guards. Feel safe. If you have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, I will come back to stay again.

Sirorat’s Airbnb is what you pay for, clean, good decent location and great communication. Right next to Maya shopping center so easy to get around and back, about a 15 minute drive to the square. Great Airbnb.

this was such an awesome place! beautiful, peaceful, remote but still close enough to spend the whole day in town! I recommend getting the motorbike/scooter rental. Prapai sent us a large list of recommendations of local places to visit only 5-10mins away from her location and they were all awesome!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying with Witchaya for the night of Loy Krathong. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to help us and make us feel right at home. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and relaxed in the beautiful garden before leaving. We intend to return to stay with her and engage in her arts and crafts workshop. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Khun Yui, and her family, are a SUPER host. We immediately felt at home. Not only was the house clean, and very well furnished, we also didn't have to buy basic things like water, toilet paper at first because there was already a stock available. The location is also great, and the airport is actually hardly noticeable. Within a very short time you are at Central Airport, and both in Moo Ban and on the main road there are many opportunities to eat and buy food to take home. Likewise, the way to the old town is not far, and if you want to get out, for example towards Rajapruk Park and Doi Kham, you can also get there by car in no time. We were happy in the good 2 weeks we were there, thank you.
