Vacation rentals with a balcony in Northern Beaches Council

Superb property and location. Private and spacious. The sensational balcony views and the plunge pool were perfect for our January stay. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and their dinner recommendation was a hit. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable getaway.

Had such a wonderful stay at Dini & Niel's place. The home is gorgeous and exactly like in the photos (even better in real life!). Dini & Niel were super responsive and helpful with any additional information we needed. The home is warm, welcoming, with a well stocked kitchen, and has immaculate pop art decor all through. I'd stay here again.

Our stay with Peter in Surry Hills Sydney was nothing short of delightful!! Peter was a wonderful host, giving us instructions when we landed as to how to get to the apartment from the airport and then picking us up from a nearby cafe when the accommodation was ready. He took time to explain how everything worked in the apartment. The apartment itself was wonderfully furnished, the A/C was great, the bed comfortable, in-apartment laundry was a luxury, and everything was clean. Peter even left us some snacks, coffee, toiletries, and other basic necessities for our stay. During our time there he was always very prompt when we had questions or when we wanted recommendations for things to do. The location of the apartment is fantastic, being only a 15 minute walk to the center city and having a bus stop only a minute walk around the corner. Absolutely amazing stay. I would highly recommend.

My wife was in Sydney for a conference at the ICC. The location was perfect. The stay was very comfortable. Geraldine responded immediately when I had questions about the check in. Access to the gym and pool made working out easy on this trip. I would rate my stay 10 out of 10. Would book again for sure.

Patrick's place was amazing. The clean and modern interior was so nice to spend time. There are clean linens and towels. It is a peaceful accommodation without noise. The T2 tea, coffee machine, and dishwasher in the kitchen were all satisfactory. It's clean, and you can feel the pretty tableware that doesn't ruin the table interior, and the lights that can be kicked after the sun goes down. The light on the second floor is very good in the morning, so it is suitable for breakfast. Patrick was prompt and friendly with communication.

Wonderful stay. John was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Location was great, apartment was pristine. Would wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Milan’s place was a perfect base for our time in Sydney CBD. It’s a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour, 5 minutes uphill to Town Hall station and lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including a fully kitted out kitchen. There was plenty of soap and shower things and a full sized hair dryer in both bathrooms which is always appreciated. The second set of keys that were in the apartment were handy if some of our party wanted to stay out. Extra towels were also provided. The air conditioning in the living area was good but the fans in the bedrooms were less powerful, although being British, we’re not used to the Aussie heat. The hosts replied quickly if assistance was needed. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely use Milan’s apartment again.

Awesome stay and good talks. The apartment is super clean, beautiful, well decorated and smells awesome. The neighbourhood is close to CBD but has that residential, calm vibe. Its surrounded by cute houses and nice restaurants away from the typical tourist traps. Highly recommend!

Very lovely remodel of an older home. It’s modern, but Laura kept the home’s character and charm intact. It’s in an eastern suburb and the walk into Sydney is beautiful, but it’s mostly uphill. Not a problem if you’re looking for some exercise and we just called Uber if we were getting dressed up and going out to a nice place. Overall, a great stay!

Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location close to great shopping and restaurants. All of the set amenities were available and having private parking was a great addition to our stay that allowed us to get to the beach and bay fairly easy.

The balcony has a magnificent view and you are up in the trees with the birds. Very peaceful and private. The bed linen was soft and luxurious, the bathroom spacious and clean. Helina and her husband were lovely hosts. Highly recommend.

Nothing but high marks on all fronts at Jenny’s place, she’s a pro and went out of her way to assist us with a shipment. Greeted us with a ton of useful information, plus real coffee and milk and a few more treats. Location is SO handy, 5-minute walk to the train station (Macdonaldtown), 2-minute to bus stops on King, very close to local parks, as well as Woolies for groceries and a ton of ethnic restaurants. Loved the rooftop lounge, we were there for almost 3 weeks and went up daily when weather allowed. Apartment is large and appealing, great coffee machine, absolutely everything you could ever need is there in the kitchen. Although the AC did not reach the bedrooms, there were ceiling fans to mitigate the heat. We highly recommend!

Your home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful which was needed after time exploring the rocks and circular quay all easily accessible from your home. Really enjoys our stay, the bed was soft and comfy, the views peaceful and gorgeous and the bathroom clean and had all we could possibly need. Nick's place was secure, very comfortable and clean, in a great location and with great views. The bed gets a special mention - SO comfy with delicious Sheridan sheets!!!

Harbour View is an outstanding property and we had a lovely stay there. Great location with stunning views across the harbour. A pleasant walk to Mosman bay Wharf where you can get a ferry to Circular Quays where there are many restaurants, the opera house and trams to other paces in Sydney. There is a closer Ferry Wharf at South Mosman, but that was closed for refurbishment while we were there. The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Fiona, the host, was really helpful. There were a generous selection of goodies when we arrived, including a bottle of Prosecco, which was very welcome after a long journey. One issue to be aware of though is that the parking spot is on level 1 and to reach it you need to go down a spiral road via the car park on level 2. There is limited height in the space provided with the apartment, so would recommend a small to medium sized car. The walk to the wharf is hilly so might not be ideal for everyone but you can use Uber if you prefer.
