Nicholas is a great host! Being a woman travelling for work on my own I feel safe in the granny flat. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at his place and both times have very been perfect. The flat is always clean and has all the facilities you will need. I have booked to be back at the end of March and will try to book Nicholas' flat whenever I go to Birmingham for work.

The Snug was a brilliant find. Clean and comfortable. Decor to a high standard in a great location. Lots of little touches that were greatly appreciated. Excellent communication. Hosts kindly left a lovely note and gift for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you!

What beautiful apartments! Truly a home from home. Probably one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Host was brilliant too, very responsive and helped us really quickly with any questions. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will definitely stay again.

Ideal for a short work trip, has everything you need. Chilled water in the fridge on arrival and Netflix logged in with a guest account was great. Tommy was a great host and very helpful on arrival!

Our operatives liked this property, no issues upon checking in and they had a comfortable stay. Only note they mentioned to me was the area to park was a squeeze for our work van, other than that no issues at all.

Would like to start by thanking Penny for a warm welcome to her stunning home which included a freshly baked cake, homemade scones, jam and clotted cream plus croissants. The property itself is immaculate from top to bottom. Beautiful furniture, furnishings, beds, bed linen, towels, toiletries. You really only need to bring your food and drink and that’s it. If you forget anything Penny will sort for you. We were waiting for a taxi on the Saturday and Penny offered to drive us into town if it didn’t turn up. The grounds are stunning and there are woodland walks on the doorstep. We had the hot tub which was great fun and best of all there is a washer and tumble dryer so no wet towels and swimsuits to take home. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. Can only give a 5 star review but would give 10 star if possible. The pictures are great but seeing is believing.

We had a pleasantly comfortable, warm and satisfying stay at this 2.5 bed + 2.5 bathroom house! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, washing machine + drier and a large fridge. The hosts are one of the best in business and I have often stayed at their other properties as well and this one although doesn’t has the charm of a beautiful neighbourhood but is modern and almost Scandinavian in it’s choice of furnishings & interiors. Great TV, minimalist furniture, very good showers, 2 parking bays with one having a Tesla Charger were all plus points and I would totally recommend this place for a group of up to 4-5 people. There’s a decent backyard as well which we couldn’t use due to extremely cold weather but would be a big boon for someone travelling in summers! All in all, we had a wonderful stay 😁

Had a fantastic stay at the stables with my work family! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Used the hot tub. Had a stroll around the lake, would be lovely to visit in the summer. Went into Ashby for Sunday roast at a restaurant called 12 which was lovely would recommend. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay,house was spotless and had everything you needed in the kitchen.Lovely thoughtful extras milk in the fridge coffee sugar and tea. Complimentary shower gel shampoo and conditioner. This property has a lovely homely feel highly recommended a stay.

I’d highly recommend The Hayloft. The property exceeded our expectations and the pictures really don’t do it justice. The space was warm, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The bathroom is really lovely, well lit ( a real bonus in my opinion as so many bathrooms have terrible lighting), the bath is deep and comfortable, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We loved the location which is really peaceful and set in beautiful countryside. There are walks directly from the property and it was a joy to see the goats, pigs and chickens in the barn nearby. A really lovely bonus was to have delicious local bread, homemade jam and mince pies, biscuits,milk and butter provided. There was also a bottle of champagne , festive flowers and a lovely little Christmas tree which made it all the more special.

Beryl’s place was amazing. My kids loved it. Everything you needed was there ready to be used. There were even towels for our dog. Beryl had left biscuits, crumpets, cereal and even wine for the adults. We wish we had stayed longer!
