Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Warwickshire District

Once again Carroll was very understanding, especially with my late chec- in. Great host as always.

lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

This was the third time I stay with Roger and Cecy, and again very convenient and pleasant. The room is comfortable, nice and warm during the colder winterdays. The private bathroom is perfect and very clean. The use of the kitchen and itsfacilities as well as provision of coffee/tea and breakfast is super. The family is very easy going, always in for a nice chat, but you can also perfectly have your quit and private time. The house is located near the trainstation, supermarket, and shopping area of Acocks Green, all very convenient. Will come and stay again!

Gailyn was a wonderful host! She was kind and very understanding of my train getting in fairly late, recommended some spots for me to check out that I’m super excited to see, shared some her own experiences with traveling locally to help me find my footing and was lovely to chat with at the end of the day when I would get home! She was happy to help me learn how to work the stove, offered cereal, milk, toast, tea and/or coffee for breakfast if I’d like it, and even stocked my room with plenty of water bottles, some biscoff cookies and caramel candies! She’s a wonderful host and would 100% recommend her home to anyone visiting the area!

Scott was very proactive in offering instructions, advice and support if it was needed. He was flexible and always available. The property was exactly as it was described and there were no issues encountered. Great stay and a great host!

Faydene was so pleasant to deal with, responsive to our queries and in a friendly manner. The house was just what we needed and more. Clean and full of everything that you’d left at home (with some extra hidden goodies). Very spacious yet cozy when we needed to chill. Bedrooms were kept warm and beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything, which included some welcome goodies. If we had time and the warmer weather the garden would have been a good spot to sit with a cuppa. We would definitely recommend and return next time we were in the area.

Superb Airbnb for our 3 nights away exploring the local area. Accommodation had everything we needed and all the little extra touches made it extra special. I particularly liked the booklet Eirwen had made with recommendations of where to eat, drink and visit in the local vicinity. The cookies, milk, bread, eggs, butter, yogurt etc were also a bonus. Eirwens’ husband Mike also deserves a mention as nothing was too much trouble. He happily helped with where we could clean our bikes and sorted out storage for the bikes as well as giving advice about places to go in the area. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Wonderful little apartment with lots of style and interest and a well appointed kjtchen. Great location with trains and buses very close and you are spoilt for choice with dozens of restaurants nearby (Eleven was a clear winner and it is less that 50m away). Rebecca is diligent and helpful host and even left us milk and food to get us started.

During my university exchange, I spent nearly five months in this accommodation, and I couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Andrew and his wife, Angie, are incredibly kind and helpful while also giving you the space to feel completely at home. The location is excellent for reaching the university, and it’s also convenient for getting to the City Center and the train station. There are plenty of shopping options nearby as well. Additionally, it is very close to the Wollaton Park, which is absolutely beautiful.

Our company booked Wendy's place via AirBnB to host a colleague to attend our Lichfield office who was not local to the area for the week. He noted that the place was well kept and very comfortable. Wendy was a friendly, responsive host. Thank you!

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Had a gorgeous stay. Lovely, peaceful and comfortable self-contained annexe. Great bed, well-equipped little kitchen, and a brill shower in the wet room. Wish I could have stayed longer! 20 minute gentle walk to town and the station, food shops nearby, and friendly communication from the host. Thank you for having me.

The accommodation is clean, warm, spacious and comfortable with views of the beautiful garden. Getting upstairs is a little confusing until you get used to which entrance door to use and which staircase to climb! The homemade biscuits and marmalade were delicious and we were glad of milk, bread and coffee and cereal.

Tracey, what a lovely cottage you have. As soon as we walked through the door, we felt immediately at home. Such a beautiful cottage, and so well appointed. It is a perfect place to relax, after a busy schedule sightseeing in Stoke-on-Trent, and so nice to meet you and your ponies. Thank you for hosting us, I recommend your cottage highly.

Such a lovely little castle. Super cosy place with everything you need for a weekend of peace and relaxation. The hot tub was fantastic and really private. Would recommend this place to everyone and I hope to get the opportunity to go back! Julie and Toby really went the extra mile with a breakfast basket and selection of snacks, along with some lovely personal touches to make the stay feel all that more special!

Lovely host, lovely room

Suzanne went out of her way to accommodate myself and my 2 dogs at very short notice over the festive season, when I needed to visit an elderly relative living in care. Suzanne’s communication was excellent and her directions to locate what can be an easily missed long driveway after dark, were particularly helpful. The accommodation was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable and offered everything I needed for my short two night stay. A car is essential but the property stands hidden from view in its’ own grounds well away from the main road. No road noise inside the property and great to have access to the grounds for exercising the dogs. Suzanne’s own family dog Barney a lovely character. A really well located place for ease of accessing major roadworks - I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Mick was the perfect host, communication excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are spotless with beautiful and extremely comfortable linen and towels. Bathroom was spotless and had every toiletry you’d need. Breakfast was plentiful and Mick went to the trouble of providing vegan options for my daughter, offering for us to take provisions with us for a picnic. Such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We had a race at Alton Towers and it was only a 20 minute drive. Absolutely perfect. We’ll be back.

Great place which met our needs. Also only 10 minutes into town. When the weather was very cold would have appreciated more control over the heating. Good breakfast provisions and bathroom supplies.

Nick & Dipika were great hosts and the accommodation was like a home from home. I loved all the Cottage decorations and the flowers on the table in the kitchen/dining room. In the midst of the current chaos of COVID the attention to cleanliness was greatly appreciated - the hand sanitiser in the lounge and kitchen/diner, masks in the lounge and disinfectant wipes and spray throughput. I felt very safe. I also appreciated the food available for breakfasts as well as fresh milk. A great experience and superb value for money. The next time I am in the area I will definitely return.
