Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Tustin

From our booking, to pre arrival instructions for check-in and all through our stay the process was seem less and we were very impressed. The home was clean well kept, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has all the amenities you need including coffee, basic spice rack. The bathroom also has everything needed from towels, storage, availability of a blow dryer. Hosts was so responsive with a question I had she actually showed up and solved it right away. It blew us away. Exceptional hosts. I saw some of the comments stating the home was smaller than expected which I definitely don’t understand. The rooms are spacious, hall areas, kitchen dining room and a living room. We were very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. We took our dog Leo who loved the backyard and the neighborhood walk. There is a very nice park about two blocks away with lots of play structures and places to run. Home is easily to access from beach area, Irvine and more. The hot tub was also amazing!

Great stay! The house was nicely renovated- loved the big open kitchen and living room. Hot tub was great to use at night! House was overall very comfy and clean. Off of a main road so some noise but overall not too bad. Would def recommend!

What a lovely house! Myself and 2 friends were in town for the NAMM show in Anaheim. Since there were 3 of us, we didn't want hotel rooms. The show is very loud and an overload for the senses. This house was the perfect, quiet, secluded getaway. Davi was very responsive and proactive. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want. I will book this house again for next years show if its available. Thanks Davi!!

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

we had a wonderful stay! Not only was the house and property beautiful I couldn't have asked for a better host for our first airbnb experience. Ruby was very helpful and very responsive to us. We had a small issue and not only did Ruby help us, she responded and fixed the issue within minutes. I can't say any more about how wonderful her house was. We had everything we needed from coffee pods to detergent to enough toilet paper. I would definitely stay a this property again with my family. Thank you again for making this experience fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at Grove House. The house is very spacious and has a lot of character. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and there is a wonderful yard for kids soccer and our dog. The rooms are big with all the amenities needed and there is nice bathroom downstairs for showering. There are a lot of cozy spots for guests to have their own private space which we greatly appreciated. And a puzzle table in the sunshine room! Thank you very much for welcoming us into your home. We hope to return in the future.

Salvador's place is quiet, peaceful with wonderful views. His home was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. When I return, I hope his home is available.

We loved ringing in 2025 in CA! Location was convenient for us to visit Disney, Universal and even Joshua Tree NP. Paula is very helpful and responsive, and provided great local tips. Nice, safe neighborhood for families! Great space. Kids loved the pool.

This house was clean, nicely appointed and the backyard was a dream! My kids/grandkids come from cold weather states and loved the pool. It has a beautiful backyard.

This has been our second year here and it's always been a pleasure. The place is perfect for what we need and our hosts are kind, quick in responding and very supportive to all our needs. We will definitely be back again next year :-)

Sophia's home was all decked out for the holidays and was very close to many fun activities. We enjoyed the aquarium, the beach, ice skating, movies, and shopping/dining while we were there. The kids enjoyed all hanging out in the attic loft beds. (older, I would say it is not good for those under 6) The fridge was spacious and we had the most fun making smores around the outdoor fire which was warm and fit 12 of us around! Most of all, we appreciated their promptness in dealing with some house issues that are bound to arise in any home. They were very attentive and gracious through it all.
