We got what we were looking for: space, tranquility, beautiful views and within cycling distance of Delft, Wassenaar and The Hague. Léon lives nearby but is discreet and very helpful. We got the fantastic weather for free! We leave with a sense of pride!

We had a nice weekend in this atypical accommodation, well renovated and very spacious, it was very nice to stay with our dogs. It is a quiet area 2 steps from the beach, we will be happy to return to enjoy this beautiful region and the kindness of our hosts.

A wonderful flat to return to after hours of walking daily! Jordaan area is a delight with lots of shops and restaurants but so quiet compared to other areas! Judith has done a great job of making use of all the space when renovating. Toilet and shower ( lovely rain head) tucked into sides. The flat is bright with all the windows. The bed is sooo comfy! And the tub was a treat for the tired feet! Well equipped but perhaps a small microwave would be useful to reheat takeout. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!! Thanks Judith!

I was looking for a quiet and relaxing place for this weekend, I couldn't find better than this superb studio that bears its name very well "cocoon". It is located in a quiet neighborhood in nature with the only noisy neighbors birds waking up😁. The studio is super clean, new, warm and comfortable. It is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is no lockbox, but it allows you to meet and connect with Thomas who will welcome you perfectly! Very warm and attentive, it will tell you all what you need. What more can you say, except that you can go there without a second thought. I highly recommend it!!

Everything was perfect. A very small downside: for 10 people, the pans available for cooking are a little fair (only one and equipment that lived). But for the rest, everything was perfect, we had a great weekend.

Recommended hosts, very welcoming and attentive. Easy communication. Impeccable accommodation and very well-equipped accommodation. Well located in Middelbourg in a quiet neighborhood. The loan of the 2 bikes is a real plus to visit the city and its surroundings.

A peaceful place with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and I especially liked the friendly dog! Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with Johnny and Lilian for 1 night. Everything was super well arranged and taken care of to the last detail. Super friendly hosts. Upon arrival, we had to get used to sharing the garden with the host, but they have come up with smart solutions for this so that there is still plenty of privacy. The wellness is also located in the shared garden, but privacy is guaranteed due to convenient screens! Wonderfully enjoyed and super cared for with bathrobes, slippers hammam and towels, fresh mint water, fruits, drops and peanuts. Breakfast was brilliant as well. Highly recommended to relax and unwind! Within walking distance are several restaurants. We went to the Thai; was wonderful.

Outstanding Stay at a Perfectly Located Airbnb. I spent 9 days at this wonderful Airbnb and had an outstanding experience overall. The place was private, super clean, and very convenient. Its perfect location allowed me to enjoy both the city and nature, where I took a few long walks and discovered some great lunch spots. Saskia, the owner, was incredibly responsive and customer-focused. She went the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Mariette is a great host, kind and helpful. The accommodation is exatement equal to the fts, extremely comfortable, I spent almost a month and felt at home. The region is quiet and residential, but the nearest supermarket is about 17 minutes walk away, for a very short stay, it may not be as practical. But overall, it was one of my best airbnb experiences!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were welcomed warmly and felt right at home! The room and utilities were very clean. All amenities are thoughtfully planned. Although out of the city center the house is cycling distance. The hosts have Cycles and locks available for this and this was great to have!

The place was cozy and clean. The location is really great, Zandvoort as well as Haarlem are easily accessible with bicycles that were available! We felt very comfortable and would come back again.

We were able to surprise a family with a holiday in this nice location. They had a very nice vacation! Beautifully located, quiet in the nature. The dogs were their favorites. They were well received. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay. The studio is tastefully decorated and very clean. I would recommend this rental. The landscapes, the houses and especially the fields of flowers as far as the eye can see... Peter and Inge are extremely kind and very attentive hosts. It is in this little cocoon that we were warmly welcomed with a small touch that touched me... A bouquet of tulips to mark our arrival.
