Very nice and working: clean, newly renovated, all necessary household machines, in a fine old house. The only thing that requires a little effort is parking if you have a car, but we found free spots close enough. Helpful host!

We are very happy with a month's stay. A warm garage is a big plus and shops nearby. You can also walk to the market. Good bed and linens, laundry and dishwasher and sauna, adequate and high-quality dishes and furniture, as well as a TV and radio. There would also have been a balcony and two bikes in the summer, but now in February we didn't have any use for them. We recommend - the onboarding and service provided by the host left a good feeling.

Marcus and his wife have a beautiful place. It’s extremely peaceful and has all you need for a enjoyable time. The house is isolated on a private part, which gives you the changes to explore nature and look at the stars at night. All the facilities work and are very nice maintained. Overall this is a great recommendation for everyone that enjoys nature, walking and doesn’t mind driving/biking a little while to the local supermarket/restaurant

We spent 5 nights at Erik‘s place and it simpley was an amazing time. If you want to enjoy nature and take a break from hectic every day life, this is the right place to go! Also the outdoor sauna was a very cool experience :) 10/10 would recommend!

Small house with all the normal amenities. Particularly stylish sauna and laundry room. A good double bed and even an adjustable large table for remote working. The host couple was kind enough to greet us and show us around. There was even a tarp for the car. Recommended!

Amazing place. We stayed for one night, but definitely worth staying longer. There are many activities to do right there on the island, and a couple National Parks within driving distance to hike or mountainbike. The house was very clean, had all the needed amenities and very well furnished. We particularly enjoyed that upstairs in the bedroom there is a window with a mosquito net, so that we could leave it open during the night and not get hot or have to deal with mosquitos. Has a sauna and the front door id right by a lake so can go for a swim whenever you want. Since we booked it last minute and didn't read the listing that thoroughly, I was very pleasantly suprised that breakfast is included! A very good deal! Overall it was a great stay and we are definitely staying here again if we are in the region.

Everything was as expected or better. Clean indoors and the lawn cut. It can be a challenge to some visitors to get to the rowing boat and to get the boat moving from the shore. The coffee maker did not make good coffee. Maybe the filter bags offered by the house were too small. Anyhow we might return.

Cozy "grandma" is located in a quiet residential area on the border of the city and countryside. It was easy to find and entry went smoothly. The house found everything we needed, and communication with Helena was smooth throughout my stay.

I am very grateful to the host Annika for the opportunity to live in her beautiful old house for two months. The house has been renovated and stylishly decorated, plus all the amenities. The house has rooms where you can do art - painting or crafting. There are paintings from local artists all over the walls. The atmosphere is cozy and cozy, the surroundings are peaceful. Friendly help and advice is always nearby. In the green yard you can sit and listen to the birds singing. It's lovely to walk by the Lake Saimaa. I recommend this place for a vacation and work trip.
