Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Port

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood. Quiet and safe . The beach is only 15 minutes away. House has towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if you like. We went to a couple of baseball games (spring training) golfed and enjoyed an evening boat ride. Something for everyone.

House was nice, clean and well maintained.

Great, safe neighborhood. Seemed like a quiet, working class neighborhood. Very quiet if you’re looking to get away from the typical Florida busyness, but not so far away you feel displaced. The house has a great layout and enough space for your party privacy. Very responsive to messages. Very well stocked and clean, The only thing we didn’t end up having was trash bags. Everyone is different in what they supply you with, so this might have just been an oversight. Certainly wouldn’t knock stars for it. Thank you, we would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a beautiful home and we loved the pol and hot tub that was a big hit . It’s a very nice place and spacious. I love she had a Bible verse in one of the rooms and had lots of towels and wash clothes which is a plus. It was wonderful and Victoria is a wonderful host and always was right there when I needed to ask her something Thanks again

we were going to rent near Naples but decided to stay closer to airport since we arrived very late and didn't want another hr drive also our return flight was very early. we are so glad we chose Toms place. perfect place for getting around,close to restaurants. stores and within 40 minute drive of several places we wanted to see. Venice Beach, Boca Grand to name a few. wish we had stayed longer, Tom's place is super comfortable, all the furniture inside and out, and the beds! The pics really don't do it justice, it is so much better! not an uncomfortable spot on the property. Pool felt great to relax in and the hot tub is ready anytime, plenty of outside chairs which were comfortable as well. we don't have 1 single complaint except we should have planned to stay longer. I have to add there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed it!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described. Very nice location - easy to get around. Quiet and peaceful!

we had a great time. the layout of the house is awesome and easy to use. I enjoyed the hot tub very much helped loosen my sore back from work. we are very pleased with how easy they make it for you to get in and out of the house.

Stayed here on a girls trip and had a wonderful time! The house had a nice kitchen and we used the spa every night. It would have been nice for it to have had a little deeper clean before we arrived, but overall it was a good place to stay.

House was a last minute book for a family emergency and it worked out perfect. Modern, clean, visually appealing, close to family (and the beach). The kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated as we cooked there a few times.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

Great house. It’s very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved checking out the local nature.

We had a great 2 night stay! It was a perfect home to help our daughter get ready for her wedding day! There was plenty of room. The house was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. It was nice to have the pool to entertain our 5 year old and the backyard for the dog to play! We also enjoyed the zip line a little too much! The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Their place is lovely, clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Lots of kids’ games and gear were there (although we didn’t use any). The kitchen was loaded with supplies. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcoming bottle of wine, some beers, and cookies. I mentioned the dilapidated house next door, but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. It looks like many of the older homes that are not well kept are being renovated. It was handy to have a YMCA close by and we found two nice fish markets. It was a wonderful place, and we would certainly stay again. Thanks to our hosts. Great job!

Galina and Boris are very nice people who were attentive to our needs and had many excellent recommendations for eating, shopping and beaches to visit. Their home has everything you need and we especially loved the pool and Spa. The little extras in their decor make the house feel like a home not a rental.

Rented the house for 6 weeks and had a wonderful time with my family. Lisa.and Robert responded very quicklyon the very few questions we had and they were very serviceminded. . E.g when the dishwasher broke.. Replacement installed immediately. We highly commend Lisa and Robert as hosts.

Stayed many times in the past 10 years. Updated recently. Absolute dream to visit. Quiet location great neighbours very friendly. Good restaurants close by. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. house is very clean and well maintained. Will be booking again.
