Vacation rentals with a fireplace in North Park, San Diego

This was a small getaway for my family and I. It was around everything we planned on doing for the 2 days of our stay. The host is great, responsible, and informative. I will be booking here again in the future.

This house hosted our family, which included a baby. It was easy to get to, get into and had what we needed. The host was very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and very involved in making our stay as great as possible! We had a longer stay and it was exactly what we needed— if you’re looking for a great space, interactive and caring host while visiting SD, this is your spot! We would easily stay here again!!

Overall, a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Miho was an excellent host - very responsive and proactive about reaching out to see how we were doing. The location was convenient and walkable to Whole Foods/coffee/etc, but it was very close to a freeway entrance so keep that in mind.

A very spacious and clean home with sleek decor in a peaceful neighborhood. It suited our needs very well when coming to the area to visit family.

I wanted to spend a few days relaxing with my family, and since it was my first time looking for accommodation, I was a bit stressed, not knowing exactly what criteria to consider. However, the choice turned out to be excellent. I found the perfect place that fully met our needs: a spacious house equipped with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, and a large garden in a quiet area. We had all the comfort we wanted and enjoyed a truly wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.”

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in El Cajon. The location made it easy to access to San Diego activities and offered panoramic views and quiet surroundings. The pool was a little chilly (as described in the listing) but refreshing on the warmer days we were there. We even got to use the newly installed pickleball court. The home's furniture and beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great experience!

Sheena’s place was lovely down to the details and my family felt right at home. It is very comfortable and has everything that you could need. Sheena is also a kind and communicative host. Slight minus was a mixup with the cleaners that happened both with checking in and checking out. Upon checking in, they were running behind and we encouraged them to take their time but felt that they rushed and some areas were not adequately cleaned. Secondly, they came in over an hour before our scheduled check out time to clean and walked in on my MIL in her pajamas. Otherwise it was a great experience staying here.

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean everywhere in the house. We felt right at home. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The location is so close to Balboa Park and the Zoo. A short drive to almost anywhere in San Diego. They did a really nice job decorating. With 2 kids they also had their own separate spots with the 2nd bedroom and nook. We would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Wonderful location and very good use of space! We felt welcome with the extra amenities and beach equipment and the place was well stocked and very clean. Very easy to find, get in, and park near. The area felt very residential too and very safe. Plus, it was easy to walk to local food and drink along with being so close to the bay. One qualm was that the shared backyard area wasn't what was expected. The description of the pictures listed various things like a grill, kids toys, and workout equipment (which was all there) but it was a bit scattered when we showed up. This is to be expected with a family living in the space as well but just a forewarning that the pictures for the backyard don't accurately represent the space. Either than that, everything else was great. 👍

Great location - walkable to dog beach (why we went there). Pet-friendly. Great hosts, very communicative and helpful.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Chris was a great host, answered all questions we had. He checked in often to see how my family and I were enjoying the home. His place was amazing we loved it. The area was very quiet. It’s close to everything. Thanks Chris for making it a great experience

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

This place was good for a large group we liked the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the pool was excellent and the kids loved it!

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

I stayed in El Cajon with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. The house was amazing and accommodated all of us very well. The house was beautiful and the yard was definitely the best part. We enjoying the lemons from the tree for our water. Thanks for a great stay!

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks
