Beach condo vacation rentals in North Naples, Collier County

The condo was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation on the water. It is beautifully updated with all the things you need. The bed was comfortable and the view of the Gulf was fantastic. The building is on the quiet north end of the island so getting on and off the island is easy. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is fairly quiet. One little hiccup with check-in was quickly remedied with a phone call. I will definitely try to book this one again!

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as the pictures! Location was perfect. You have everything you need for the beach chairs umbrella and even better a wagon for easy transport!!

We had such a fantastic time using Krisztina's pent house in april of 2024 that we decided to come back again in 2025! The penthouse was unchanged except for a few minor improvements to an already spectacular property. We had never been down in January before so we were a little nervous; however; we were able to use the pool and beach 5/8 days which was wonderful with how cold and nasty the weather was back home. The island itself continues to recover with each passing day and we can wait to come back for our next trip! I wish I could give this place a 6/5!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

Trace did an excellent job in communicating with me and the check in and out was smooth and efficient! The unit is exactly what the pictures show on the site. Trace had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a few sand equipment for kids to use on the beach! The location is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a quite area but if you want to have fun you can take the trolly to the North end of the beach. Just make sure you read the Trolly schedule correctly and be patient while waiting at the stop which is across the street from the unit. During Jan-April the Trolly's must run behind schedule due to the fact it is the busiest time of the year. If you want to go explore Bonita Beach or Naples I highly suggest you rent a car. This was my first time renting by myself. The square footage of the unit was perfect for me and I treated Trace's unit as if it were my own home. If you decide to choose Trace's space I hope you will be respectful, responsible and safe. Cheers CR

We loved everything about this property. The views are incredible, the furnishings are beautiful. It was great to have a walk in shower, it made it so much easier for my husband. We would definitely love to stay here again. The only problem we had was a light that didn’t work right but the host came right over to check it out.

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed. Loved the screened in patio to enjoy the ocean view but no worries of kids falling off and kept the bugs out. Christine was very responsive, proactive and friendly. Condo includes some games and books that kept us busy at night as it gets dark early. Couldn't believe the shells we found! We have stayed at several beach condos over the years but never one with a garage and that was super handy. Would definitely return.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Roomy, clean, comfortable!These three adjectives sum up our experience at this unit! The master bed was SO comfortable! We liked and used the ceiling fan. Two nice sized closets in the master bath, and a generously sized dresser and table in the master, gave us substantial room to put away clothing for the week. Both modern bathrooms had quality linens and several beach towels available for our use. The kitchen was well appointed, modern, and spacious. We enjoyed the comfy couch and ceiling fan in the living area. X-finity TV and some streaming services were super nice. The screened in porch was lovely in the evenings, and it has a ceiling fan also. From this unit to the water at the beach is maybe 200 yards. We are 60+ and have joint issues and walked it several times per day, no problem. We can recommend Mucky Duck, Sanibel Cafe, Gramma Dot’s restaurants and Bowman and Turner beaches for a different shelling experience. We saw manatees at Bowman Beach!

Tanya provided timely communications with detailed info on accessing the unit. It is a quiet end unit that was more spacious than I was expecting. There is some outside noise that filters in but otherwise very peaceful. It is also less than a mile from the beach which makes for a nice walk with low traffic.

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Dana was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Readily available and flexible. Location was great.

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We had a really nice relaxing stay. We would definitely like to book again in the future. Great location and great beds. The beach was just steps away. We loved having a washer and dryer and the condo was clean. We borrowed an umbrella during the week and it was nice to have beach items to use if we needed them. The kitchen appliances were functional, clean. and up to date. We had a problem with the dryer; however, the problem was quickly resolved by maintenance. Great support staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

The location couldn’t have been better! An easy block to the beach, down a quiet street. The separate units, though booked together offered nice separation of space for the family.

The apartment was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. And I’m very picky! Perfect stay.

Newly renovated condo- modern and clean. Loved the fact she had four new beach chairs, cooler, wagon, and beach umbrellas ….. because our goal was to be at the beach every day

I can’t list all the great things about our stay. Top of the list is an epic location, modern remodeled condo, quiet and peaceful complex and an outstanding host. We booked a last minute stay with Avery and he got us set up immediately. The private parking space was huge and having beach equipment made the one block jaunt to the gorgeous beach easy. Couldn’t have been better. We were a family of 5 and had enough space to spread out. We even extended our stay-it was that good. Avery responded in minutes with any inquiry.

Very nice, friendly apartment. Lovingly decorated and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach equipment. Quiet, relaxing environment. Everything has been brand new renovated, including the tennis courts. We can highly recommend the apartment and Ryan & Nicole are very attentive, courteous and helpful hosts who always responded within minutes. Thank you for everything! Hopefully we will be back soon :)

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
