Villa vacation rentals in North Miami

I traveled with a group of 14 people this weekend for a birthday party. Dana place was very accommodating for us all, we even had beds left over. The house was clean and everything we needed was right there. Dan was always one text away if I needed anything or had questions for him. I’d definitely book this property again if I travel with another large party

Had everything we needed, pool, hot tub, plenty of space. Four bedroom and three bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. A larger couch and chairs in the main room would have made the stay perfect.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

Our group of seven had a great time at this location! We loved the private heated pool and appreciated the condo’s cleanliness and lovely kitchen/living room space. It was perfect for a group trip!

Great small house. Extremely well appointed with cozy furniture and thoughtful design. Very clean and resembled the photos, exactly . The backyard space is wonderful, small but with lots of amenities, like a hammock, barbecue grill and expanding table . It is perfect size for a family of four or two couples. I was there on a work trip and the location was perfect for me, close to the highway and easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale . Neighborhood is quiet, although homes are quite close together. I would rebook this property!

Dan on the incredible. The best host I’ve ever had on ABNB. Let’s be honest about airbnb. It’s getting harder to find an authentic stay at a place where the pictures and descriptions match to product. Also, the hosts are no long owners they’re landlords, often remote. Dan is what Airbnb had in mind when they built this app. He is an excellent host. Way over delivered

Please read everything! I would have to say that I’m VERY disappointed after visiting here. If I could go back in time, I would not have booked that stay smh! I would have booked longer!!! I’m disappointed in the fact that I only booked for one night lol. This house was amazing!!!! By far the best house I’ve booked in a minute. Everything looked exactly like the picture. The back patio with the tv was amazing as well :’D If you are planning on booking this, please rethink it first. You might want to add an extra day to your stay lol. Once you leave, you’ll wish you stayed a bit longer. Thank you for everything! Communication was very easy, as responses came in quick. Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will certainly be booking here again one day and recommending to anyone I know looking for a stay in the area

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful backyard bright and clean space that can easily fit a large group. Checkin was easy, the host was responsive.

We had an amazing stay at the Artist House in Pompano Beach! The house was beautiful, with a peaceful waterfront view perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The private cinema, heated pool, and spa were great for unwinding, and there were plenty of games like foosball and ping pong to keep everyone entertained. It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to have fun and relax. Geo was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

This is a solid place, as described. Hosts are very communicative and we enjoyed the pool and backyard space. It held 17 of us, half young kids. Plenty of utensils, dishes, towels etc. A few cons, 1. Neighborhood isn't the best, wouldn't feel comfortable walking at night. 2. Really odd layout of the house, the common areas are small and cramped. Multiple kitchens, living rooms etc Wish there was just one large common area, but maybe some prefer this? This was on us to look at the pictures closer. 3. Some minor cleanliness issues, floor was dirty, but they provided slippers which was nice.

Best place to stay if you’re needing a bnb in Miami or near Miami . The house is big & beautiful , the price was worth it 100% ! me & my friends really enjoyed the outside area the most . The host was super nice & very understanding. We did our part as house guest & took care of the home as if it was ours & he did his part as to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. I will book again! Best trip ever

Great house. Everything was immaculately clean and looked almost new unlike some other airbnbs that loom great in pictures but worn and tired in person this one is obviously superbly maintained. Location is good on a very quiet road not too far from the action but far enough to be peaceful. The pool and outdoor area are great with a private dock but one word of caution is it’s more of a people watching outdoor area and not really private from the houses across the way or any boat traffic. Similarly it would be great to have the option of some shear curtains so if you wanted to be assured of privacy during the day there would be an option other than lowering the blackout blinds. But might just be my paranoia’s since the houses were far enough that someone would have to be going out of their way rather than it being unavoidable. Overall excellent and you won’t be sorry booking here

Had a great stay with my friends. House is located close enough to Miami and fort Lauderdale to explore both cities. Also hosts are responsive and friendly. If I ever go back will being staying here again

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Everything was great, was Patrick very nice to us? Only detail sometimes the hot water in a suite failed or it was very low the Pressure… then everything was excellent, thank you

Spent a very relaxing month enjoying a well appointed, clean and updated home. Owners were very responsive and thankful for our suggestions for some cosmetic improvements that made our stay perfect. Thank you for a wonderful month of getting away from a particularly harsh Michigan winter!

Habib’s place was great. It was very clean and everything was as it appeared in photos. The backyard was beautiful and it was nice to enjoy a swim after a day at the beach. Habib was a great communicator. He responded within a good time when we had inquiries and even flexed his cleaning services so that we could add an extra day last minute after a cancelled flight. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was exactly what we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The space was incredibly spacious—so much so that we didn’t even know what to do with it at first! The layout felt like a maze at the beginning, but once we got settled, we absolutely loved it. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had no problem with the house and everything went very well. The location is quite nice and has accommodated us well throughout the period. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we need (beach, markets, restaurants, pharmacies…). Juord was very helpful and served us promptly. The swimming pool was clean, but we did not use it as we thought it was cold for the children (in December/January), despite the heating being on. Perhaps those who come from cold places may be used to the temperature. We loved our vacation and would come back again. Our daughter loved the coloring books and toys that were available.
