Apartment vacation rentals in North Historic District, Savannah

We LOVED our stay! Savannah was beautiful and the pictures for this apartment, did NOT do it justice! It was perfect! Roomy, open, both bedrooms are great! Kitchen was wonderful! Couple was responsive, even when I messaged late after driving and they helped me with parking questions! Perfect distance to walk or drive to restaurants, bars, the Main Street. It’s about .5-2 miles from everything you may want to see downtown! Would most definitely stay here again!!

Laura was nice enough to meet me at the front door and greet me. She explained where we could park and wished us a nice stay. The house was better in person- charming and so cozy, and was in an ideal location. My sister and I were able to walk to all sorts of great bars, restaurants and parks. Lots of dog friendly areas for my dog as well. The area felt safe and was quiet. We would love to stay again!

We loved our stay. Check in & out was a breeze. We had a question for the owners and they responded within minutes. The place was extremely clean with lovely linens and towels, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Our hosts provided coffee, cream and sugar. Each bath had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers and they provided pods for the laundry. The backyard was perfect for our dog to stretch her legs and unwind after a long drive. We walked all over the historic district and used uber now and then for dinner. Parking in front and out back was convenient. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area, especially with a dog.

First time in Savannah for a girls weekend and Matt’s welcoming home was everything we were looking for! Great location and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Very clean inside and exactly as described. He provided an excellent list of local recommendations which were on point. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet and safe. Check out was a breeze which I very much appreciate. We all would definitely stay here again!

This is a gem! It snowed while we were in Savannah and though the city completely shutdown, we never felt like we missed out on anything. The bed is cozy, the living room comfy, and there’s every cooking utensil you could ask for. Eric was always quick to respond and thoughtfully shoveled the front steps for us. It’s a beautiful home and truly couldn’t be in a better spot. We drove 3 times in the 9 days we were here because everything you want to see is within walking distance. Great food, great shops, and great vibes!

Christie’s unit is just as pictured. This is one of the cleanest, well kept rentals we’ve stayed in (even more impressive considering it’s pet friendly!) The location is also excellent, walking distance to riverside and many other local spots and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental when staying in Savannah. Will definitely book again.

The perfect place if you want to visit Savannah! A short 2 minute walk to Forsyth park and an easy 15-20 minute walk to Plant Riverside! Preston was so kind and accommodating. We could not recommend this place more highly!

The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Savannah. We walked almost everywhere we went, and all other destinations were a short Uber ride away. The apartment was as described and fit our needs well- we cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed for that. As some other reviewers mentioned, the pull-out sofa was difficult to pull out and put back.

Great place to stay! Close to Savannah city and to get around the area.

John was very responsive and accommodating. He made an effort to allow us to check in early since we arrived two hours prior to check in. The apartment was clean and only 8-10 minutes from downtown Savannah. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, excellent location! We loved staying at William’s place when we were in town for a wedding. Can’t beat the location as we walked to everything. Loved the historic charm of the apartment but beautifully updated! Would 100% stay here again.

Garry was a great host. He brought us a brighter reading lamp and extra hangers very promptly upon our request. The place was very comfortable and close to Forsyth Park with its beautiful fountain. There was an off street parking space and free street parking as well. If you walk down the alley and turn right you find a local coffee shop the Mate Factor, and within two blocks is The Kroger grocery. The Forsyth Park Pavillion 2:5 blocks away houses a bar/ cafe as well. Also, on this side of Forsyth there is a nice restaurant called Saint Bibiliana. We really enjoyed the hop on hop off tour and there is a stop close by. Everything else as far as major attractions in the historic district go are all within a mile. Enjoy your stay!

Matt's place made for a wonderful stay in this remarkable city. located in an absolutely stunning neighbourhood, safe, clean, and walkable. The house is very secure and beautifully furnished. we had a wonderful time, and would certainly recommend to others. thank you for a great time. Marcus

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Savannah. It was my partner and I’s first time visiting and the location was spot on! The place is super cozy, comfortable, clean, and lovely! We felt right at home. It was the perfect walking distance to restaurants, parks, and museum’s. We felt safe and at peace the whole time. Jerry is super friendly and helpful and really helped enhance our whole experience. We would love to stay here again!

This condo is spacious, decorated beautifully, clean, and has a great view and location. The complex has a security gate, and parking is easy. We were here for the week of Christmas. The complex was very empty and quiet. The walk to the beach boardwalk is just steps away. The pool and hot tub are also close. Nearby are restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Tons of storage and closet space in each room!!! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We’d love to stay here again! Our favorite thing, by far, was the view from the large windows in the living area. Watching the rays from the sunrise and sunset come through the window makes this condo an even better place! We even spotted a deer one afternoon right outside the window! We didn’t use but were surprised to see extra things in the closets… ice chests, baby gear, beach towels, blankets, extra pillows, etc. WiFi was fast and TVs were great. Everything was perfect!😍

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay at Max’s place. He was very communicative and quick to answer questions. Easy walking distance to Starland Yard and bus downtown. House was cozy and well updated. Jacuzzi was unfortunately not warming up while we were there, but this is something Max assured us someone would be taking a look at so it’s warm for the next guest!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! private, clean, and just plain beautiful. The romantic vibe really allowed my fiancee and I to unwind, unplug, and really be with each other! The only downside that I saw was the hot tub could have been a bit cleaner as there was some murkiness in the tub, but seriously this place really is awesome and I recommend any couple really come be one with yourselves here! Thank you guys for an awesome place!!!

Charlie’s place was wonderful. Excellent location, private but close to both Savannah and Tybee Island. The bathroom/sauna was great. We appreciated the amenities available and Charlie was helpful with everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

This unit was in a prime location! Close to shopping and restaurants. We were minutes away from Burke's Beach. Everything was clean and laid out in the home, any issues I had Ornela was quick in her response. We ended up adding an extra day because we did not want to leave. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

I have to say, this stay was hands down one of our favorites as a family. Beth was a great host with outstanding communication and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here!

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this location. We absolutely love how peaceful it is. We were just steps away from the beach so we were able to see some pretty sunrises and sunsets. This place is a great location as it's close to many grocery stores and restaurants. We also love the "homey" feel to David's place. It's really a treasure. We 10/10 recommend!
