We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and super comfortable. Joy was very responsive. The location was perfect for accessing Harlow Town Train Station and walkable to the town center.

Located at the bottom of Stevenage Old town its a perfect location close to pubs and most of the high quality restaurant. The property was really clean and access to get in was easy with a video. Highly recommend.

Nicky's place was bang in the middle of everything whilst still being tucked away and quiet. The apartment was modern and beautifuly decorated, absolutely spotless and had everything that we could need with a young family. It was a home from home and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great check-in experience. Despite it was the night of 31st December, I managed to enter safely and without any problem. New apartment in good order and very cozy!

Kirsty is a very responsive and proactive host. She was very kind,diligent and suggested the best flat for my needs from her property portfolio. The property is very central in Hemel. It’s minutes away from buses, restaurants and the heart of Hemel Hempstead’s shopping centre and cinemas. It’s also ideally situated for walking trails and extra shopping in Watford or Berkhamsted. A fabulous property that we used for a family weekend with our children and 6 grandchildren (aged 4months to 10years) . There was plenty of room for them to play inside and outside. The playroom was a great facility which meant that the adults could relax in the knowledge that the kids were occupied and in a safe space. The kitchen/diner had plenty of room for us all to eat together and the lounge was of a good size with more than adequate seating etc. As the property had been recently refurbished it was a spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and comfortable. We would recommend this property for family gatherings , particularly with young children.

Our stay last week matched our needs perfectly for the purpose of our visit, the house was located close to St Ives & Huntingdon, a very peaceful location and a great space for the 5 adults that were staying, with plenty of space and well appointed. The description of the property matched and fully met our expectations. Toby was also very communicative and certainly made us feel like he was on hand should we have any issues. I am sure in warmer months the place would be even better with is nice outdoor space, we would definitely recommend a stay here, Thanks Toby

Nev couldn't have been more thoughtful. The pool was wonderful. The location has loads of places in walking distance and a huge number of places by train and car. There were a couple of bits and pieces that didn't quite live up to our expectations, but Nev always worked to get round things and it's all immaterial really.

We had a great stay at Daniels place. We were a family of four and there was lots of space. We loved the pool table and the hot tub. Thank you for the fridge essentials provided. Great directions easy access and the village was really nice. Enjoyed a nice walk along the canal, also the local shops including a nice deli cafe and wine shop. We walked to the station and got the train in to London for the afternoon ( 27 mins in to Euston) We also visited nearby St Albans. Would recommend this place, the location and the host who was always quick to respond to messages.

12 of us (10 adults and 2 babies) had a fantastic stay for new years at Nigel's place. Nigel before and during our stay was super responsive to messages and also gave us some recommendations of where to eat! Lot of space to park 5 cars! The place was clean and so great having 5 bed 5 en suite bathrooms! he was on hand for any questions we had and he was so accommodating with our check in. Nigel let us know there was an issue with the dishwasher from prior to our stay and immediately had got a new one delivered and even fixed it himself! he was such a great host! Thank you so much Nigel for a wonderful stay!!

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.
