Farmstay vacation rentals in North Denmark Region

We spent 4 days with a total of 8 friends on the farm. Very nice rustic and great, quiet location. We found the location, completely in the countryside perfect! There are several fireplaces, grills and ample seating for indoors and outdoors! The table tennis games after grilling were a lot of fun. There is everything you need in the house - even with so many people. Even in the rain you can eat very nicely in the living/dining area. The garden behind the house offers great views and is very nicely laid out! Communication with Stine was also great and straightforward. We enjoyed it very, very much and we definitely recommend it! It's a paradise for people and dogs!

The property is very spacious and is located directly on Gunner's farm. Gunner was super helpful and showed us the next canoe option, for example. We had a great stay.

Astrid's home is large, spacious and fully equipped. She is easy to communicate with. a super lovely stay in beautiful countryside surroundings

Hanne's home is a cozy place far out in the countryside with lots of space, good bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful views, lovely garden and huge activity room. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We enjoyed an extended weekend despite sustained rain ☺️ Hanne was super helpful every step of the way. Linda Bertelsen

We have been a group of ten who have taken the job with us to have a week of work and Denmark idyll for a week here at Holmegården, and we have loved it! The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and we have felt that we have had our own little oasis here in Løkken. We have appreciated a well-equipped kitchen that has given us the opportunity to cook many good dinners, all the garden toys that were available to us in the barn which has given us a lot of fun play and competition, and lovely surroundings around that have given us nice running and bathing trips! Anne-May has always responded super fast to questions, and both check in and check out has been very easy - it's extra delicious when you are a big bunch :) Can really recommend bringing friends, family or colleagues here for a relaxing holiday/work trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Härt, where everyday life was really put behind, and the tranquility was allowed to settle down. Everything was as it should be and it fully lived up to expectations. Slightly circumscribed with wood burning stoves, and gas powered appliances, but the instructions are clear and to understand so everyone can figure it out. When things are in order, there is only a pleasure that there is no electricity installed in the house. Jørgen is a great host, and we will be happy to use the house another time.

We were very comfortable in Niel's house. The location and neighborhood is quiet and really pleasant. There is everything in the house and it is very nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The view from the house through the glazed veranda door offers pure nature! Then a fire in the Swedish stove in the evening... You can't get more hygge. In addition, Niels provides a thousand tips about the area and for things to do, is a pleasant and very nice host. The place is great for people looking for the peace and nature of Denmark. There are a lot of beautiful experiences in the area... The Danes and their country are just wonderful - we'll be back and love it! Thanks, Niels

We ended up at Bent's place by chance (due to a defect on our camper van). We couldn't have had better than there. Bent is a very lovely and pleasant person. We felt very comfortable in Vesterland and we lacked nothing. Those who like nature and tranquility are very well taken care of here. Thank you Bent, for everything!

Wonderful rural environment. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the price!

I have only good things to say about the place unto themselves as well as about Natalie and Mikkel as hosts. The old farm is cozy; there are plenty of opportunities for walks with the dog - both short and long - and Natalie and Mikkel were extremely friendly and welcoming and not least helpful. I have previously lived in the area, so it was also nice to experience a small spot in Hanstholm, where it doesn't get too windy. Here you live in shelter at the foot of the slopes of Hanstholmknudens, and the wild nesting area opens just outside the farm's garden. Christmas Eve I was even greeted by a whole bunch of the local crown animals (I think it was), so it doesn't get any more natural and authentic than here. I will definitely be back. And also give the place and the hosts my warmest recommendations.

Comfortable Appartment in calm area.

We had a beautiful stay and are very grateful for the wonderful hospitality shown by Allen and Helle and beautiful Susie the dog. Allen and Helle helped us a lot with getting to know the area and their tips and advice made our stay so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to come back to this beautiful location in the future.

We had a beautiful place to stay in a scenic area. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was really lovingly furnished. Jelva was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Anne and her family were very welcoming, our kids had a nice time playing with Anne's kids and spending time with the animals in the farm. Anne provided a list information's about the surrounding attractions and restaurants :) Thanks

I had a wonderful vacation at Charlotte's place! I immediately felt comfortable, everything was as described, everything clean, well equipped and cozy. I had everything I needed and surrounded by Charlotte's animals. Charlotte is warm, nice, generous, helpful, a great host! Your children are also very kind and polite! From the property you can take wonderful excursions, drive to both the Baltic Sea and the North Sea and visit some beautiful cities. Charlotte is also happy to help with tips for excursions and beautiful places. The place is a long way from the country road and it's so nice and quiet! As a woman traveling alone, I also have to say that I always felt comfortable and safe, Charlotte Hof is a safe space. I am very glad that I chose this place, I would come back at any time and still miss the Doggos :) (PS: In the apartment there is a device for foot massages! :D)

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Retro house. Such a beautiful location, wonderful views and characterful house. Very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. So nice to stay somewhere so quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay with Annemarie and her husband. They are very welcoming and helpful and the space was a perfect fit for our needs. Kid-friendly amenities and beautiful scenery! We would love to come again!: -)

Imagine driving down a pathway and seeing a house covered in Christmas lights. Then as you enter your place, lights are on already and it’s warm inside. There are coffee beans ready for you to make a fresh pot of filter coffee. You have Christmas decorations inside, candles, pillows, fresh flowers and some candy waiting for your kids. If this isn’t the epitome of Danish hygge, then I don’t know what is. Jeanine and Torsten do everything to make you feel right at home, and that’s what we did for 5 days. Beach, city and shopping are only short drives away. We can 120% recommend visiting.

Tastefully decorated house, very cozy and clean, nothing is missing. Very good communication. Quiet location with nice views.

We were a family of 20 people from 2 years to 82 years old, who spent half an autumn holiday in Ålekisten. There are a lot of young people in our family who kept finding new exciting things to do: fished in the lake (though they didn't catch anything) and sailed in kayaks on the big lake. We also had great canoe trips on the river, where both the little and older were involved. Indoors, it was a hit with darts and table tennis as well as wee for the TV. The many board games were also used extensively, as well as the puzzles and crayons of the little ones. We had a wonderful trip to Hanklit, which is really worth a visit. All in all, I can only recommend this place - not least if it's a family that enjoys activities both inside and out. Grethe

The accommodation is super furnished with everything you need, is just outside and therefore perfect for relaxing. There is a dog and Icelandic horses to feed. The reception is great and you get everything explained and shown. Britta and Christian are friendly, relaxed and helpful. We, especially my children, had a wonderful stay and can only recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay with Charlotte and Jørn, who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts. The home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed and the surroundings are so beautiful. The only thing we could have wished for differently was that we had booked a longer stay.

The rural house was a good starting point for our excursions. There were some silverfish in the entrance area and bath. People over 1.90 m have to retract their heads in the kitchen and livingroom. There was a room scent in each room. The large bed was very cozy.
