Slawomir could not have been more helpful, he greeted us on arrival, explained everything and although we didn’t need to call him during our stay I’m sure he would have been right there if we needed him. The apartment had everything we needed for a city break with two young children and transport to and from the city was really easy. Thank you for a great few days in Edinburgh!

A Gem of a place. Everything we wanted.Catherine was a super host. If you’re arriving by train about a 10 to 15 minute walk through the lovely town. Very close to a beautiful beach walk especially in the frost.

The stay at Alison’s place was fantastic! We loved every minute. Was like being at home.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

We stayed at Don's for a Stag Do and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of comfortable beds. It has two good working showers and a great communal space. There was 14 of us and we never lost hot water or struggled to move around. The location of Don's apartment is ideal as its a 10 minute walk away from Princes Steet where the shops and restaurants are. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tram Stop which is great for getting to and from Edinburgh Airport. Also 5 minutes down the road is the Grassmarket where there are plenty of bars. We also found it very handy to have a sainsburys opposite the apartment. Don was very helpful too. We asked for an early check in which Don agreed to for a small price. When we arrived Don was there to greet us and gave us useful info on the surrounding area. He was always very quick to respond to us aswell through messaging. Thanks for a great stay Don, would definitely stay again if up that way. 👍

My partner and I visited Edinburgh for the first time last week, and Dawn's place was a wonderful place to be based- our walk into town most often was via the Water of Leith, which we felt extremely lucky to be so close to. The apartment was very endearing and felt cosy and warm at the peak of winter, as well as having everything we needed. The wood burner and shower were much appreciated by us both (good water pressure is important for me haha) and we'd love to come back eventually :)

We had a super nice time. Everything was easy to reach. The apartment is super equipped, well maintained and you feel just like home. Check in with David very straightforward, host is always friendly and responds quickly. Keep it up:)

Thanks so much for having us. Comfiest fold out bed I’ve ever slept on and great space. Beautiful village. Even got invited to the local quiz which we would have loved to join but unfortunately had to work! Hopefully will come back again for a holiday soon.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Veronique’s place! Everything was perfect - smooth check in, spotless and beautifully decorated space. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful. Communication was excellent, and every detail made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Thanks again Veronique for a fantastic experience!

I had a lovely stay at Rachel's with my family, my five year old didn't want to leave and when asked what her favourite thing was about Edinburgh she said the bath! It was comfortable and stylish and Rachel was a great host and have us lots of help including a recommendation for food where we ate three times! I would definitely recommend.

A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

We had a great stay! Apartment as advertised with all amenities needed. Great location, bus station close but also easy to get into town with Uber. Jay was easy to communicate with and always available. Recommend to walk up to Arthur’s Seat from the apartment, great views of Edinburgh!

It was very nice and the check-in was very comfortable!

Fiona was an incredible host, we had an issue leaving something in the house once we’d checked out… Fiona answered the message within a minute and helped to sort the situation with ease. The house is lovely and so much better than the pictures ! A beautiful place and we will be returning !

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh in this location. A 25 min walk from Waverley through New Town to get there or a short taxi ride. We planned to go to the bakery opposite, which at the time wasn’t open on Monday or Tuesday and were amazed by a long queue on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before it had even opened. Stockbridge is only a few mins away with some great bars and restaurants and M&S Food and Sainsburys Local if you can’t find what you need in the local store. We caught the bus to Leith which was really easy with the bus stop very near by. The flat was cosy and easy to find and as described.

The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Can’t wait to stay here again! Everything about it was perfect, went above and beyond with the party package I added on extra, the whole apartment was stunning, bed was super comfortable and hot tub stayed the perfect temperature the whole night! Can’t recommend this place enough! Look forward to staying again in the future!

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

Lovely little place, stayed the night of going to the observatory and it worked perfectly with that. There's a walk to Hareshaw basically from the Arch, the accomodation was clean and cosy as described :)

Couldn’t ask for a better location to explore the Royal Mile. Everything is walkable and there’s no shortage of restaurants nearby. The Rocksalt cafe is right next door and is excellent for breakfast. The flat is very well decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The only downside I can think of is the size of the shower. It’s a bit small for tall people but it’s somewhat to be expected with these small flats in this location.

Tom was probably one of the best hosts we have had. Really informative and helpful without being over the top. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond. Have great information on the area and even offered us a lift! Honestly, cannot fault him. Annexe was beautiful and clean, well maintained. Gorgeous area, lovely local pubs and the hot tub was filled with fresh water. Fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.
