Vacation rentals in North Austin

We spent one week in this house and had a great time! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s about 30 min drive to the main Austin area. Our dog had a great time in the backyard with plenty of space to play. Ashley & Jeff communicated very well with us and provided pet friendly hiking options for us! We would love to stay at their place again!

Great location, clean and cozy home with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Our host was super responsive and most helpful. we will be back.

Drove down from Chicago with our dogs to stay for 4 nights over thanksgiving. The building was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and roomy. Good AC, Heat, Wifi, TV, hot water and bedding. The ranch is fantastic to walk around and we loved using the in site dog park field to exercise our dogs. Excellent stay, really enjoyed it.

Great location for a big group with a ton of beds. Fun backyard that can host a lot of activities!

Very nice place to stay. Beds were super comfortable. As far as location…if you know the area, you know booking a place in Point Venture is mainly to have access to Lake Travis, which means it is a 20 minute drive to a large grocery chain or shopping/restaurants. Just know before you go. If you want close proximity to lake access, highly recommend!!

This was such a cute getaway for my family and I, the scenery is just beautiful too. I Loved how they had supplies for the bbq pit and the fire pit as well. The only thing I will say is that there were ALOT of grasshoppers everywhere lol but definitely would recommend !

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a home away from home. The bed was cozy, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and provided excellent communication throughout. I really enjoyed my time at this cabin in Texas Hill country! Very cozy cabin with everything needed for a weeklong stay. Was able to enjoy peace and quiet, along with nice sunrises and night skies on my porch. My cabin neighbors were all very respectful. I enjoyed both the hot tub and the pool while I was there. I was close to grocery stores and not far from trails, everything I wanted for the trip. The two AC units had no problem keeping the cabin cool (it was a warm October). Kitchen was adequate for needs. There was a slight sulfur smell with the water like mentioned by others, but it really wasn’t an issue and it did pass. The immediate view of the area was not as scenic as you might hope for, but I liked the way they made the area attractive. I was very happy with my time here, and would be glad to come again. 😊

We stayed here while visiting family and the location is central to other areas in Austin. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We enjoyed staying here, it was very peaceful, and it was nice having our own living space while visiting family. The house has a nice backyard, beautiful bathrooms, and the kitchen is very functional. Lydia is also very responsive and welcoming. This was one of our favorite places that we have stayed at and we would stay here again.

Easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. The place was immaculately clean and super peaceful. And her recommendations for local help like for renting a boat and a private chef were spot on. Will absolutely stay again!
