We have just returned from a stay in this wonderful barn. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. Great location and really peaceful. The children loved seeing the chickens and horses. Great location and would definitely recommend for families wanting to go to Whitby , Dalby Forest and the little village of Thornton Le Dale with its lovely cafes.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

Rosedale Light Shepherds Hut!

My wife and I had a great stay at Maggie’s shepherd’s hut. The weather wasn’t great but the cosy hut and log burner made our stay comfortable. Maggie was a great host. Very friendly and welcoming. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the local area and recommended a great pub for dinner. We had a good breakfast in the tearoom to set us up for the day ahead. Overall we had lovely time and would definitely stay at Maggie’s Shepard hut again.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Wren treehouse and we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect getaway place, just what we needed, a break from parenthood for the night. The photos don’t give this place justice, it is absolutely amazing! The treehouse was beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a night away. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend staying here to anyone! Thanks Hugh
