Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to book and stay at. The host was very insightful and helpful for the duration of the stay. The space itself felt right at home, and Frankie was a very friendly co-host throughout the stay.

Loved the house it was very spacious and perfect for our large group. Short drive to the beach. We loved the game room too! I would recommend this house to anyone. The hosts were very responsive and friendly!

The view is spectacular and loved every minute of it! Beautiful and cozy home with everything you need, right off the beach! The best part is , you can rest under the house away from the sun on a hammock while the kids are playing in the beach! Definitely worth it!

A group of 12 of us, 4 different families, from different parts of the country were in town for my daughter's wedding and our original reservation for a place to stay fell through. Chastin was willing and able to accommodate us last minute. The house was clean and kitchen stocked well with kitchenware. The place was perfect for our gathering. While we were not involved in wedding activites, it was the perfect place for us to hang out and reunite with each other. The property is beautiful, and a perfect place for children to explore and adults to hang out in the various indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The house had more than enough room for all of us. We were thankful that our previous reservation did not work out as we feel that staying at Chastin's place was meant to be. I would book again in a heartbeat if we have another opportunity for family gathering in Virginia Beach.

Loved the house!  Quiet location on the water.  The house was clean and comfortable.  Kitchen had everything we needed . Great outdoor space including the huge deck overlooking the pool and bay.  We had one rainy day and were able to enjoy the hot tub under the covered lower level patio area.   The house is located on the canal which was fun for fishing.  We look forward to going back in warmer weather to take advantage of the paddle boards, pool, and kayaks.  The beach is a quick walk from the house with easy access.  We were lucky to have a couple of mild days to be able to walk out to the ocean.  We loved our time at Sandbridge Beach and look forward to coming back soon.  Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond.  Highly recommend.   We will be booking again.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip to the beach! The amenities were fantastic and the beach access was unbeatable. John was an incredible host which made the experience even better. He was so kind, flexible for our needs, and very communicative. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

The home was easy to find with its own driveway. Neighbors were friendly and Helpful. The house was clean and spacious, nice kitchen and living room and dining room areas. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a good amount of supplies of garbage bags and towels. It was easy to get into the house with clear instructions, as we did a late check in. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to Virginia Beach area and want to be close to coffee shops and stores.

Sean was an amazing host who was super kind and flexible with our family needs. We booked last minute and he was super accommodating which we appreciated. The house was exactly what we expected with beautiful finishing, updated, and magazine ready. Sean also had a Christmas tree up which made our Christmas vacation a dream!

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

Very convenient location for our trip, walking distance to entertainment and restaurants, will definitely stay there again in the future if the opportunity arises.

This stylish, well-equipped home exceeded our expectations! the private pool and backyard were perfect for relaxing, and the included bikes made the beach trip a breeze. The comfy king beds and screened porch added luxury, while the kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive, and the location steps from restaurants/activities couldn't be beat! Loved the quirky neon art and beach gear! A gem for families or groups seeking convenience!

We hope to visit again! Highly Recommended! Great place to stay! We came to Visit Nas Oceana for Annual Airshow! Not far away! Hope to return Next year!

Just like home…from the moment we stepped in the door, it felt like my home. The house was very inviting and beautifully decorated. Giovanni’s response time to questions we had was quickly answered. The property was beautifully kept and cleaned. Giovanni prepared beautiful table side treats for each bedroom and left a chilled bottle of wine 🥰 My family was there visiting for Thanksgiving and I had to prepare a few side dishes. The home had everything I needed to prep and cook. I would like to say that if you have small kids, either request the decorative tableware be stored away or you may have to yourself. I didn’t ask because we didn’t have small kids, but I am sure she will accommodate what is best. Would I recommend this beautiful property? Yes I would. My family thanks you, Giovanni, for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your home. 🙏🏽

Beautiful place to stay, it was plenty of room for our family and we felt very comfortable and safe in this area we also enjoyed all the extras for us to have family game nights also plenty of extra bedding and towels and having the washer and dryer made it so convenient to wash before we left ,over all very happy

What a beautiful and serene space for a women’s retreat! It is very obvious that the home is very well loved as well as very special. We all discussed coming back again because we enjoyed the space, the comfort and the scenery very much. We thoroughly enjoyed the great blue heron right outside the window each day as well as breathtaking sunsets. It was hard to get back to the grind after such a beautiful sanctuary weekend away.

This was such a beautiful house! The fenced yard was fabulous for my little dog. The bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Well-stocked kitchen. Big fridge. Such a comfy couch to have a snack and watch a movie. I didn't use the piano room or the big three-season room, but they would be lovely for visitors in groups or with kids. The hosts had a great sense of humor when I thought I'd locked myself out (I didn't...I just had a temporary brain freeze, lol). Beautiful neighborhood. If I can get my kids to come visit, we'll definitely look into booking this house because it's got all the space and conveniences we would need. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Pinch Me for a family get together. Lots f room so we could all have some private space as well meeting areas. LARGE kitchen and dining table allowed us to cook and eat together. Also had beach access right across a very quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this house.

This house is a gem. We loved staying here. There is so much room, the house has charm that made us feel right at home, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again if in the area. Also Jackie was so responsive and helpful. A prior guest had apparently taken the Roku TV remote and she promptly had it replaced. Her hospitality made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Finally, the house is handicap accessible. This was a lifesaver for us since my wife is in a wheelchair.

The house was great and met our needs. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay at the last minute and they were very accommodating.
