Boudoir on Bryce St was the perfect getaway stay for my partner and I. It was the perfect location with being only a walk away from the beach and beautiful cafes. Kathy was an awesome host, super friendly. Let us have our privacy but also up for a chat. The Guesthouse was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and more. It rained on our last night staying and it was beyond peaceful. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to getaway!

Fantastic location! So close to everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Katie’s place was described perfectly and photos didn’t do it justice. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. Highly recommend the local surf club for meals it has fantastic views of the beach and great service.

What a beautiful space, all the amenities you could think of and more. Fully self contained including little touches like washing powder and a usb power point. Gorgeous, modern fit out and brilliant that it's doggo friendly. My dog loved going down the beach path at the end of the road to the 24hr dog friendly beach. Fantastic stay...thank you Derryn for a wonderful week. We'll be back!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect location with short walk to dog friendly beach and close access to cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to central Peregian, the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. Loved hearing the ocean from the main bedroom! The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Perfect host and perfect accomodation for my family and dog’s needs. We felt right at home! Fantastic amenities and location right by the beach. Plenty to do and had everything provided to get by, even some beautiful art around the home created by Anne for everyone to admire :) Thanks so much for welcoming us stay and enjoy your home. I am sure we will be back sometime, hopefully sooner rather than later. An amazing beach house!

Highly recommend. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Super easy check in. We love this location. Very quiet but walking distance from the beach as well as great restaurants and cafes, including a great surf club. Just a short drive from Noosa main beach and the National Park. Best of all- dog friendly, and very clean.

Perfect location couldn’t get nearer to Shelly Beach. Peaceful yet walking distance to Moffat Beach. Marie was always responsive and respectful. Very clean with nice touches . Highly recommended.

What a fabulous stay. Each one of us commented daily on how grateful we were to find such a gem of an airbnb for our special family get together. The little cousins loved it as did the parents and grandparents! Suitable for all ages and holiday styles. We wondered to the beach regularly, drive to nearby attractions and spent a lot of time enjoying the house itself. We even had a private chef come dine us one night who commented on what a fabulous Airbnb it was - he’s been o a few. Thanks for your frequent and flexible communication Cathy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The good stuff: The apartment was spacious, well equipped, good location, and we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and private hot tub. The area is quiet and a good place to relax. Our stay was overall good and comfortable. The not so good stuff: There were dirty dishes from the last guest in the dishwasher, a previous guests’ dirty/wet/smelly towels in the basket on top of the dryer, and water marks in tables/bedside tables from previous guests. Disappointing when paying a $200 cleaning fee.

We had the most amazing experience. we like to do holiday houses with the family once a year and this has been our favourite so far. amazing location, really great communication with the host and we could even check in early on the day. honestly thank you so much we'll definitely be back!

Great location! Right by the beach. Beautiful big house with great layout for entertainment and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely go there again! Warning for our furry friends: lots of toads outside at night time.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Andy’s beautiful home. The place is beautifully designed with every detail thought through. The place is stunning and very well appointed from kitchen to games and books, sunscreen and beach towels. The home was spotless and had a great feel to it. There are a number of decks with stunning ocean views and the plunge pool was a very well used feature and a favourite with our 11 year old. The home is a short walk to the beach and easy walk or drive to Peregian shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and will hopefully stay there again.

Such a great getaway! We had my partners birthday weekend away and it was just what we needed! There was plenty fun for the whole family:) Scott and Elise’s place had absolutely everything, they even had put up happy birthday balloons as they knew it was my partners birthday! Absolutely stunning views and their place was super clean and private. Thank you Scott and Elise for being great hosts, what a lovely home you have and thank you for letting us stay.

The most beautiful home in the perfect location. Matt and Elissa were great, super helpful and quick to respond! We had the most incredible stay and already can’t wait to stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. Overall a lovely stay in Cotton Tree - thanks Vicki!

Fabulous peaceful place to stay! Unit was lovely, well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to feel comfortable and homely. Welcome goodies in fridge were nice. Comfy beds, pillows and soft towels. Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Location was great, close to beach and cafes. Also close to nature with bush and birdsong which we enjoyed. Close to plenty of attractions nearby too. Simon was very responsive with clear and easy check in instructions. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

Great spot for a large family weekend get together. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our time together. Although there is no air conditioning it was a well designed house to catch any breeze. Fridge didn’t work very well and would have loved some proper blinds especially in the top floor area but we were aware of that before we arrived. I guess the house is beginning to show its age and the fridge took sometime for it to cool down but we would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us

This place is fantastic! Great location, beautiful inside, easy to get around, so close to the beach! And the host was amazing! So responsive, welcoming and accomodating! Recommend 100%

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. Sadly the weather was severe for several days but we were able to make the best of it in the beautiful space. We felt safe in the house even with the wind howling and the rain lashing for hours on end. When the sun did finally peek out, we were able to see the full beauty of the location and surrounding area. We certainly hope to come back some day and enjoy the sunshine but in spite of the weather, we made the best of it. The surrounding neighborhood has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, a small general store and bottle shops with excellent wine, beer and hard liquor. I can highly recommend Marble Bar and XO. Chris is a great host at Marble Bar and we became regulars in spite of the rain. Overall, excellent location with hiking trails, the beautiful beach, plenty of places to eat and drink and relax.
