Loes’s apartment is such a great find! The location is terrific, with both tram and walking access to the heart of Amsterdam. We loved the homey feel of the apartment, with charming artwork and nice personal touches. The kitchen is equipped beautifully, and we felt right at home. Loes and Fokko were so gracious, greeting us personally on arrival with a welcome introduction and local recommendations. They are so generous with their time, sharing points of interest with us to make our visit all the more memorable. We hope to return!

Extremely centrally located apartment in the middle of Noordwijk aan Zee. Within a very short time, you are on the beach or on the main street with numerous restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was clean and fully met our expectations. Communication with Anita was very pleasant and straightforward.

The place as described, very good communication with the host, clean and very nice, I can honestly recommend. An apartment worth the price : )

Great location and a very cosy space. Maaike and Michiel were excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating of our needs. We travelled with our eight month old baby and they went out of there were to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

What a nice place! The owners will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible and think along with you. Due to circumstances, we could only stay one night, but thanks to the cozy atmosphere, the beautiful location and the super neatly cared for cottage we immediately relaxed. The cottage is sparkling clean, with all the comforts and is close to both the sea and the cozy town. The host is fantastic and also gives useful tips for fun activities in the area. Highly recommended! And as far as we are concerned already a top host!

The place is beautiful and it immediately feels like a home feeling. For the kids, the wooden bed was that absolute highlight. Everything was very clean and the amenities are top. The place is so close to the beach that you can walk to the sea. I can recommend the property to any family.

A beautiful, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped apartment, in a very nice area. It had everything we needed as well as a lot of extras which made our stay more comfortable (e.g. dressing gowns, lovely toiletries, plenty of coffee pods). Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had and were also very helpful and kind in helping me resolve a personal difficulty.

Very peaceful, quiet. A little far from the place of an event for us. But super close to the beaches of Noordwijk. Iris is very welcoming thank you.

We enjoyed Koen's cozy, warm and cozy B&B very much. Everything is available and Koen is available immediately if you have questions. You are also very close to the city center, which we found very pleasant. Certainly repeatable for us. Really had a great weekend.

Great apartment to spend a holiday close to the beach in Noordwijk! Clean and comfortable place with a large kitchen / living room area, an amazing bathroom, and large bedroom (can be quite warm at night during hot weather phases). Gish and Tessa were perfect hosts with very fast and helpful responses on any request.

Everything was perfect! All clean and very cozy. Only 10 minute walk to the Beach.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

One of the best stays I’ve had so far! Luba was a superb host. The apartment is even more gorgeous in person and it was a privilege to stay in such a wonderful place. We felt right at home and Luba made sure we knew how everything worked. She also provided a comprehensive list of places to eat and things to do that did not disappoint. I had a wonderful stay at Ella’s airbnb with my family ! The location in the heart of De Pijp couldn’t have been more convenient—everything I needed was close by. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. One of the highlights was discovering a charming market just a few minutes’ walk away that sells the most delicious poffertjes. It was such a treat to explore the neighborhood! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
