Family-friendly vacation rentals in Noord

I travel all over, and this is the one place I keep coming back to. Everything about it is wonderful. The space is crisp and cozy, just the right amount of decoration and furniture. It’s always spotlessly clean. Elizabeth replaces the furniture before there’s any noticeable wear and tear. The patio has great views of the ocean. It’s so peaceful sitting outside at night listening to the waves and palm trees sway. Easy access to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and cafes. Nice peaceful neighborhood, but less than a 10 minute drive to the more lively areas. This is really a gem! I think I’ve stayed here 5-6 times. It’s always a lovely experience- the place I go when I really want to relax and forget about real life. I’ll be back again soon!

We loved staying at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. The condo had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location on the property. Within walking distance was the beach, many pools, several restaurants, the lobby, etc. Olga and Slav responded in a timely manner to all questions we had. They even offered for us to stay later on our check-out day if needed, which was really nice. We would happily stay at their unit again the next time we vacation in Aruba! :)

The apartment is beautiful, clean, stylish, modernly decorated, and matched the photos posted on the listing. The balcony had a panoramic view of Eagle beach and it was a delightful spot to relax. It's located in a securely gated and peaceful private condominum right accross from the beach. Serena was very responsive to our questions and was a wonderful host. We would highly recommend her apartment if you want to spend a relaxing time by the beach!

Absolutely loved the place, had everything we needed. It was great have pool nearby for morning training and then good beaches for snorkelling. Already planning next year’s visit , thank you Raphael.

5-Star Review: We had an amazing stay. The place was spacious, spotless, and in the perfect ground floor location. The shuttle system was a huge plus, especially for my mom, who has mobility issues—it made getting around so easy. We even used it to go food shopping, which was super convenient. The tram was also great for visiting the casino and the beach.Being close to the infinity pool was fabulous. Love the vibe at that pool and was to,d it’s the best pool in the whole Divi complex. We’re also glad we didn’t go with the all-inclusive option because Aruba has so many fantastic restaurants, and taxis were easy to find.Our host, Mauro, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

We spent a week in this beautiful 2 Bedroom suite with a patio jacuzzi / 1 bedroom studio attached (E125) Our first time in Aruba with our young adult children (ages 21, 18 and 17)a family of 5 and we had an amazing time. Our kids had their own space privacy and truly enjoyed every minute of the trip. They had the freedom to go to the gym on site, the pool, beach and hang in the room in the jacuzzi. The Oceania was so clean, close proximity to the beautiful crystal clear eagle beach, walking distance to other restaurants casinos and shops. Several pools available on property. The iguanas and lizards walking around the grounds was pretty cool too. It was a peaceful retreat for us. Prestige was great with meeting us on property on arrival explaining everything to us and also available online to answer any questions we had and give us suggestions and or local recommendations. Would definitely return here so grateful for this family vacation to Aruba! Thank you for all your guidance!

I highly recommend this rental- location on Eagle beach is perfect. A few easily walkable restaurants and beach bars in either direction and walking to grocery store. The rental had absolutely everything we needed, was spotless and beautiful and the staff at the complex are so incredibly kind. Loved this unit and would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay for one night and would gladly have stayed longer had we needed to. The pool and outdoor sitting space were lovely, and the outdoor kitchen set up was terrific for preparing and enjoying a meal. Ramon is an excellent host and always available via prompt texting. We hope to return sooner than later. Highly recommend

Was above and beyond our expectations. We booked this house with multiple families including our children and this place was perfect. The location was in between a grocery store and a great coffee shop. Also walking distance from the Oak Restaurant and 5 minutes away from the high rises. The pool was awesome with a water slide, hot tub and a separate shallow area for children… not to mention the outdoor space and outdoor shower. Inside was clean, had great living spaces and common areas. Perfect space for 6 families. The host answered right away and even offered to come assist us with anything we need at anytime. Knowing we had children, the host had pack and plays and high chairs ready. They also had multiple chairs and a large cooler to use for the beach. We were very pleased with this palace and will definitely be back. Our only complaint is we didn’t stay longer!

When looking for a place to stay in Aruba, we wanted to avoid overpriced and boring resorts - instead electing to stay somewhere local. We found Raquel's place on here and it was an all-around fantastic stay! Raquel was extremely proactive, sending us a great deal of information on arrival, check-in, local recommendations, and general info on the island. On arrival, she warmly greeted us and showed us around the property. The property was clean, well-cared for, and looked exactly as the images described. She was always responsive to our questions and supplied bonuses like beach chairs and a cooler to use at the beach. In all, it was a fantastic stay and if we do return to the island, we would absolutely consider staying again.

Kurt’s house is located on a beautiful piece of property that you can see all the way to the ocean from. Kathy, who took care of us locally is amazing! She did such a good job making sure we were well taken care of! We had 10 people in our group and the house slept all of us very comfortably! We were thrilled with the house and had an excellent time in Aruba!

Loved everything about the home. The little extras were thoughtful and appreciated. As we were checking in the cleaning crew were still there but they finished about a half hour later. We were enjoying our visit with our host so it didn’t bother. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, all the outside amenities were as described. We were surprised the outdoor kitchen area, beach chair area, kayaks, etc were shared items and spaces with three other units within the gate. We enjoyed the items and spaces, but it wasn’t exactly what I thought of when I read private. We have discussed renting all units and bringing our whole family! We would stay again!

By far the best Airbnb experience my wife and I have had since joining this platform. Incredible home, beautiful pool (feels like your own oasis), ultra responsive host and incredibly kind to boot! If I could give 6 stars I would and we’re already planning on ways to get back as quickly as possible!

Our first trip to Aruba…Albert was super helpful with recommendations, best places to go, things to do and overall just extremely helpful. We needed an extra blanket and he supplied it right away. The place was super cozy for my son and I. Definitely worth the price and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk right to the strip within five minutes. There’s a little dirt path to cut through and that brings you right to the major hotel and strip of restaurants. Felt very safe and comfortable being at this location. Would highly recommend Albert and his Airbnb to anyone traveling to Aruba.

The apartment was exactly as listed, great for our family of 7, plenty of room for everyone. The host was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries, gave great suggestions and made reservations for restaurants for us. The pool felt private, we were the only ones using it. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, no car needed, very easy to grab a taxi. Would definitely stay here again! This was a great find!

Stone Throw Airbnb It’s easy to praise Rik & Karen with affection. They are kind, generous people who offer a more local experience away from the cruise ship crowds and noisy high-rise hotels. Their “Stone Throw” Airbnb is on a quiet side street within breezy walking distance to downtown Oranjestad, restaurants, grocery stores and gyms. And the beach is, literally, a stone’s throw away (pun intended). Rik provided the best advice for nearly every concern we had, which made our first visit to Aruba safe & easy. Karen and the dogs, cat and occasional Iguana lizard made for a Happy Island, indeed. Come stay with them. You won’t regret it. Joe & Luminita, USA

Had a wonderful week in a beautiful clean house of Oscar. Lovely swimming pool and nice that there is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Great! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Wow I wish I can say this place was awful so that way no one can book it and I can have it all to ourselves once again lol Mirtha and family’s place exceeded my expectations from the moment we booked it. With great communication from the beginning before booking, all the way to us checking out the Airbnb and meeting her family, it was a pleasant stay. The pics do not do this place justice, I was highly impressed when I walked in. It was better than I expected and I was very excited to spend the next 9 days here. Overall 3 bedrooms was ample room for my family of 3. I did enjoy having that extra bathroom. The kitchen was large, with everything from an ice maker, dishwasher to full oven and stove. I also loved the fact that I didn’t have to bring any seasonings along. Everything we needed was available, including sunscreen to plastic wrap, towels and beach accessories, and even a washing machine! There was mention of no hot water but the en-suite had a water heater. 5++ stars!

What an absolute gem of a stay, beautiful pool and beautiful room. Marcella was the greatest host ever. she was incredibly responsive and was helpful and flexible. The room we stayed in was very bright and well lit with an excellent bed too. Everything was as shown in the photos and the location was also incredibly convenient. I would 100% stay here again and again !!!

 I first want to say the Aruba is a beautiful place. The people are friendly and it is a very safe place Casibary, where this Airbnb is located is a very central location. The house is very private being on a corner. The house itself was very clean had all the amenities we needed, we were six living there and never felt crowded. The pool was great. It was very refreshing and clean. There was plenty of linen and towels for the month. Ronnie and Mayel were a phone call away and were attentive to our needs, we could not have gotten better host.  Internet speeds were very good as we had two people working on and off. Everything went well.  The Airbnb is 10 minutes from the airport and we were 15 minutes from the beach and down town which was great . I would definitely come back to this place it’s a little paradise. We are a family of 6 and it’s challenging to find a place where we are comfortable and that has amenities that are age appropriate for our children. Clemence reached out right away and asked what ages and types of toys our kids enjoy. The home was very well appointed with board games, toys, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, a large wheeled cooler (we didn’t end up using but would recommend bringing a large ice pack if you want to use it). The home is about 20 min walk to the beach, very simple after the first time you do it, about 10 min walk from a large grocery store, quiet neighborhood (but for the fireworks on NYE!). The property is fenced and felt private and safe. There were some stray dogs around nearby streets that made my partner a little nervous but never had an issue. Clemence went above and beyond to get us settled in on a holiday, including offering to pick up groceries for us as the stores would be closed on New Years Day. Laundry detergent is not provided.

Good location, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, they helped us and facilitated our short stay, I would definitely come back!
