Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

This is a apartment with two bedrooms. Both beds are big and clean. everything is comfortable. I especially want to mention the warmness of the management staff, They are very helpful and very nice.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

The property met all our expectations and more. Big open space property, very private and peaceful. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Great location, with shops, restaurants, cafes and stores within a short walk. The property is very well maintained, I couldn’t fault it at all. This was my first stay, but certainly won’t be my last… simply lovely

The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

You don't need a long story. The moment you click back, you'll regret it. I've been to various hotel resorts around the world, Airbnb, etc. This is the first time I've seen a house that's overwhelmingly better than the photos or descriptions. Don't believe those photos. It's at least twice as good as the picture, it's clean, and it's a house and host that's at least twice as satisfying as the descriptions. It was a happy trip because I was able to stay in a perfect home. I'll be back.

The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool, where we spent a lot of time unwinding. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to a sunny beach with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a cleaning service provided every couple of days, which kept everything in top condition. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One thing to note is that they do charge an additional fee for electricity usage average $20 a day, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

The place is very beautiful and right on the cover. The owner of the room is lovely. Any questions can be answered. Very good and quick to give advice.

Place was nice!

We enjoyed the apartment very much, especially the breathtaking view from the roof. The modern and beautiful decor impressed us. Sometimes the crowd in the house was a little less pleasant, and the street below is quite noisy and lively. However, this is known in Pattaya. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The place is as described and the pictures are accurate. The apartment is not large but it is bigger than most Pattaya one bedrooms. The furnishings and finishes are upscale. There is a wonderful interior balcony area with gorgeous sunny views. The value for money is excellent. The fitness center and pool are fantastic. The views from the landscaped rooftop area are awesome.

The cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Thailand! Moreover the additional things such as soap, gels, additional sets of towels, neatly arranged dishes in the kitchen. Hihly recommended!
