Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nong Kwai

Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

The place was perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai, feels like home in a foreing country. Totally recomendable.

Our stay was great. It's a 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall. It's a safe building that has a free shuttle to and from the mall if you dont want to walk. It was very easy to get rides into the city. The washer and full kitchen were very nice and convenient. I recommend this place.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

The location is really good. It's just a short walk to Maya Mall, and it was really nice to be able to enter directly into the alley by taking a shortcut. It was also nice that the entrance was safely controlled. The host responded quickly and always took appropriate action. I was very satisfied except for the bed frame being too loose and the overall lighting being a little dark, so I definitely want to stay again next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Pum’s Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Even though there had just been an earthquake, Pum ensured us that the building was safe, which gave us peace of mind. Pum was super helpful and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I truly felt at home during my stay.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Great deal, location is perfect next to the big shopping centre and a grab away from lots of activities, nearby there are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants great location well worth the price

We stayed here for more then 2 weeks and it felt like a mini home. The appartment is cozy decorated. It has everything you need (lot of towels, hairdryer, cooking gear etc). The communication with the host was excellent. He reply's quick and is considerate. The complex had a nice pool with view, a decent gym with sauna. It has an coffee place downstairs and the complex is near the night markets (and a good massage salon). Bonuspoint for the bed, its big and not to hard. Would come back.

Natasa was an excellent host; very responsive, proactive and friendly. Her place was modern, clean, quiet, safe, spacious for one or two, equipped with every essential for a pleasant stay and walking distance from restaurants, bars and night market. I would recommend for remote work, and anyone visiting and wishing to stay close to the center and night market.

The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

Needed help and something went wrong, the owner responded quickly. The homestay is located in a middle shaped house, the environment is very quiet and the interior of the homestay is very quiet, the kitchen is large, fully equipped, the bathroom is clean and there is not enough hot water, and the heat is only slightly warm.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. On the day of our stay, Bill was warmly greeted, let us have the feeling of going home, the space is very spacious and comfortable, the space is very spacious and comfortable, it is full of artistic atmosphere, I can't help but imagine that the host must be an artist, and the cleaning is clean and tidy. My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house has everything you need, and the pool table was well used! Also, the common areas areas were modern and well kept. The communication with the host was excellent, with fast replies leading up to the stay and we luckily didn't need to reach out during our stay.

Originally we would stay for 3 nights in this listing. Our stay in Chiang Mai and at the villa was so good that we extended this. In the villa there is everything you need as a group or family. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are very spacious. One has the en-suite bathroom which offers ultimate luxury. Cleanliness is important to us and this was in order. We were able to use the washing machine and with the good weather the clothes were quickly dry on the drying rack. The pool has no sunbeds, this is a shame if you want to relax by the pool for an afternoon. The villa and location in a residential area felt very safe. The electric gate works great and it's the last house on a descending street. The neighbors have dogs that let themselves be heard as you approach the gate. This is not bad or disturbing, it gives a safe feeling. But for children it can be startling in the beginning. I would definitely recommend the villa. For families or groups.
