Condo vacation rentals in Nong Kae

I can HIGHLY recommend Ratikan's condo for one's stay in Hua Hin. It feels like a home and as it is nicely furnished with the essentials for the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and is not the usual hard-as-a-rock style that many Airbnb's use in Thailand. Ratikan has inserted the comfortable mattress on top of the bed. The complex itself is well maintained and the swimming pool area is quite nice. The staff at the complex are friendly and security is maintained at the front all night. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and most everywhere is within walking distance. If one does not want to walk, there are some motorbikes and taxi's that are always nearby. The beach is maybe a 5-minute walk away. I was actually thinking of extending my stay because of the comfortable feel of the condo and the surrounding restaurants and bars but unfortunately the nights were not available. Ratikan is a responsive host who wants to make sure you have a nice stay. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Have stayed in another of Bim’s apartments in the same condo a few years ago, so knew what to expect. This apartment is just as clean, spacious and well equipped., there’s even a tap with separate filtered drinking water. We’ve loved our stay here, the balcony is huge with beautiful view and sunset, the condo is a few minutes walk from the night market and all that Hua Hin has to enjoy. Bim picked us up from the station when we arrived, is always quick to respond, and is avery warm and lovely host. Highly recommend.

goi is a friendly and responsive host and his apartment is one of the best we could find so far in Thailand . clean and very pretty . The entrance was very easy . The great pool, the staff of the residence at the top . Close to the beach . 7-11 right next door. for the rest a little walk or many collective taxis run for only 15 baht / pers . I recommend this rental 100% 😊

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

This beautiful apartment is really close to the beach, has an awesome huge swimming pool and is perfect for young families. The apartment has an incredible view over the ocean with a balcony and huge bedrooms. The host went above and beyond during our stay, organising taxis to and from Bangkok and giving us local tips. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to Hua Hin! Thank you Sopin for a lovely holiday!

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

We truly enjoyed our stay here—so much so that we extended it for another week. The apartment is bright and very spacious, and being on a high floor offers beautiful views of both the sea and the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Apt is as per pics. Basic gym and rooftop pool on 8th floor of the condo. Great views from on top, super close to the beach. Close to moto rental-laundry-7/11. To your south is roughly 12km of wild beaches and north of Wat Ta-Kiab is kilometres of private beaches. Recommended to rent a bike, and refill at gas station as opposed to roadside vendors. Great location, great host, would probably come again.

I went there with my big family. The host was very helpful to suggest the best way to solve every problem. Highly recommended this property for everyone who want to go Huahin and stay in a Placeful place.

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

I highly recommend this apartment. Quiet place, windows overlooking the courtyard to the pool. The apartment was very clean, the cleaning was at the highest level. There are two shops nearby and points where you can buy sweet fruits. The most important advantage is the two best beaches in Hua Hin. 5 minutes from the apartment - the final stop of the songteo(minibuses) where you can go to the center. The apartment had everything you need: microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, fridge.everything except the stove. Bed linen is new and clean. Only one small minus - a slightly hard sofa(a child slept on it), but this may be a plus who likes to work harder. In a word, I recommend the host and next time I would love to come here again.

Good value for a family with 2 kids. 2 bed 2 bath, place was exactly as advertised. Good wifi. Pool was big. Very secure blg. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Local market for cheap eats nearby as well as a 711 and other restaurants. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Easy Grab ride to shopping malls and other sites. Green bus route about 5 mins walk away. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Good location near Night market and Hua hin beach. Gym and pool were good for daily exercises. Conservative on electricity only cost 265 baht for 21 days. Bas bike (around the corner near i rice) had a reasonably price bike for my trips to Praya Nakhon and Tham Khao Luang caves in both north and south of city. The only downside was the early morning train.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chaitat's condo, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—everything you need is just a stone's throw away. All the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. Chaitat was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was in order and that I had a great experience. We've stayed in various villas and condos in Hua Hin and this is by far the best place. Very tastefully furnished, lovely swimming pools (mostly empty), gated and very green, 5mins walk to Cicada and Tamarind Markets, gorgeous balconies, huge TV, spacious bedrooms. We stayed for more than a month and Francesca was always prompt and reachable for any clarifications or help.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was cozy and everything was close and walking distance to the village market which was great and the green bus to Huahin night market. I would definitely recommend Nichapha''s apartment.
