We were a group of 7 big and 5 small, and had a wonderful 3 days in this villa. Honestly, was hesitant before booking, as this is a new listing, not enough comments for my reference, in fact none of the one comment I had when I was scheduled.But when I got to the place I knew I chose the right one and the villa was nicer than the photos made it look. The 1st surprise to me was that the yard was so big, to the kids to hide and seek in the yard, I didn't expect a villa in Chiang Mai's main town to have such a large yard. The 2nd surprise to me was the pool, the water was blue under the sun, it was very clean, divided into the deep, shallow and massage area, and there was a sunken resting platform where the kids' evenings were spent almost in the pool. The third surprise to me was the great greenery and the garden divided into many small areas.It's nice to hear the birds wake up in the morning sun on the floor, my favorite is to sit on the hammock and have a cup of coffee, or sit under the trees and watch the kids play. The exterior and interior decoration of the villa are the thickness of the Southern Ocean, mixing a little freshness.Maybe friends who like the modern decoration style are not necessarily special, I personally love this slightly retro feeling, and it's a good fit with the lazy atmosphere of Chiang Mai. At the end, the last villa I stayed in Chiang Mai was outside the city, because it is far from the city, so everyone is in and out, and there is nothing to visit around, and breakfast is also a big problem.This villa is very well located, just a few steps out to the main street, there is a net red bridge in 5 minutes on foot, and it is also very close to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.When there is no group activity, everyone is free to arrange it without coming in and out together.My husband rented a motorbike at the street junction and it was more convenient to go shopping. There was a small suggestion if it would be possible to consider a breakfast for the little ones and to prepare some children's utensils

It was comfortable and comfortable. It was not far from all the main places and it was 15 minutes from the airport. The bond with the host was good, and the communication was great. I asked if I could leave in the evening because the flight time was too late, and they gladly accepted it. I highly recommend it to those who are planning a trip.

The house is beautifully renovated, every corner is beautiful, the water pressure is not good, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the living room is spacious, suitable for large groups, also can take two cars, there is a convenience store nearby, the owner of the house is very convenient, the owner of the house is very good, the communication is very good, the response is very quick, before this trip, it helps me to receive labubu order single doll, this house is the best I have ever stayed in Thailand, great value, I will definitely come again

The rest was fine except the road noise could be heard up close. The location, cleanliness, air conditioning, hot water pressure, and communication with the host were all good!

It was very comfortable to stay in, the garden was comfortable, and the bedding was good.Tatami was thoughtfully arranged for the children, and the whole check-in process felt that people were taken care of in a foreign country.A recliner in the special master bedroom, and it's a good idea to lie down on the shaft circle!It is convenient to go anywhere nearby, and it is quiet.The airplane sound was okay, it didn't affect it, and the kids were so happy.Every day, hygiene is very timely, I👍🏻 will come back again, recommend it to friends!Feel like you're staying at a friend's home and well taken care of!

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Mark & Latiga were amazing hosts and the villa itself was stunning. We immediately felt welcome and it was a home away from home. It was extremely clean, the bed was comfy, and the design of the Villa was great. Of all of our stays in Thailand, this one had to be one of the best. We could not reccomend Mark & Latiga’s stay anymore! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and it really was. Thanks again! We hope to be back.

Wow, from the moment we arrived it’s was clear to see the home was a slice of heaven set just outside from the hustle of Chiang Mia. Petchara was excellent and very attentive and welcoming. The whole property was stunning and so much so it took some time to take everything in. The pool was a lovely added bonus after a long day out sightseeing. Great to meet Alex who was full of enthusiasm and knowledge of the local area and recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly look to re book when next in Hang dong. Thank you

Perfect for a family tour, each room has a separate bathroom, this point is very perfect, this trip is very pleasant, in the evening by the pool, drinking a pot of tea in the backyard, it really feels too good, avoiding the traditional tourist bustling streets, it is really a unique and perfect vacation to relax.And the key is that such a villa is in an ordinary hotel, and this estimate of 5 of us is 6000RMB at night. Only 1/3 of the price here.Sincerely turned to, the surrounding net red restaurant chom is also recommended, as is the Wonderland, and that rice field restaurant, Michelin, is also very close.The nighttime zoo that the kids love is also nearby, especially great.The driver from the airport pick up was also nice to give us enough time to buy milk bread stuff at 7-11

Andy was great, very friendly and responsive. We had some sewer smells in the bathrooms and he was on it immediately to get the issue fixed. Id highly recommend staying with Andy.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

Cozy and quiet place, big house enough for up to 6 people, we had a great stay and special experience with the forest style jacuzzi and fireplace. Th house keeper is friendly and helpful, help us set up fire even its 9pm. Just a special experience for my family.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. A perfect stay above and beyond! The house to stay this time really made me feel right at home!The room is clean and tidy, very warmly arranged, and every detail can feel the host's heart.From the comfort of the bedding to the full kitchen facilities, even the small items were thoughtfully prepared and completely exceeded expectations! The host was super timely and friendly with patient answers to questions from booking to checkout.
