Bood’s place was exactly as advertised. A good spot a couple minutes walk from the beach. The place is spacious, AC works well. Has all the accommodations. The town itself is lowkey and quiet compared to other places around Thailand. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Thank you!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The host is very sweet & friendly - she gave me homemade ice cream (delicious!) in the afternoon, a bike to go to the beach, and brought me breakfast in the morning. She also had plenty of snacks and water for me to enjoy inside the room. I came with my dog, and it’s such a perfect location for dogs! There’s a bike lane along the road, and not much traffic, making it very convenient and easy to walk my dog. I’ll be staying again whenever I travel through!

We were a group of 6 including my parents aged 76 and two children aged 9 and 11. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you want in a home. Very cozy and we enjoyed that there were many places to sit and enjoy the quiet in this house. This is a lovely 1/2 duplex facing a working river. Air conditioning in all rooms except bathrooms, lots of seating. The pool is well maintained and there is nice seating outside. We arrived and felt immediately at home. Our hosts went above and beyond in helping us understand the area, and providing transportation as we did not come with our own. The house is located in a very quiet residential area without regular service by taxi, transit or rideshare drivers. It is best you have your own vehicle if you stay here. We were introduced to some wonderful local sites thanks for our host's sister-in-law Yue who also owns Refuel Cafe just down the road. While here be sure to visit Holy Land and the floating market. Recommend.

Really nice house with pool. Kitchen (really) fully equiped. Host was friendly in communication and supported us with finding drivers. If you are consider that You maybe need at least a scooter, the villa is perfect. We would recommend to stay there…..100%. Thank you….

It was a wonderful experience staying at your home. The beautiful river nature, the peaceful rice fields and the relaxing hammock made our stay special - even more your great hospitality, which went beyond anything we expected (pick up in the middle of the night from the train station, delicious breakfast and help with the washing). Awesome location - overlooking the river in an authentic Thai teak house. Close to town - we walked to everything. Really safe and secure and hosts we really helpful. We enjoyed a quiet beer in the evening overlooking the river on the big veranda.
