Amazing location, safe and very practical for a solo traveller. Luca was very helpful with check-in as well general information and communication, even giving plenty of food recommendations in the area. The room was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with basics. The only negative for me was the sofa bed, which was pretty unsupportive.

The place is very clean and spacious. Well equipped with cookwares, coffee, and tea. Will stay again next time.

The apartment is cozy, clean and well organized, nothing is missing. The location is great, in a quiet area and a stone's throw from a supermarket. I would definitely recommend it. I especially thank Cinzia for her availability and kindness.

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Top equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bathroom items, everything is available. Great, great and great again. 😉 Thank you again and again for everything😉😘

we had a very restful and calm night. The house is located near Como and a big mall. Everything was perfect and in a very good condition. Emanuela was very kind and available to us.

Great apartment with a wonderful view from the terrace. The place was exactly as described and had all the amenities that one would need. The kitchen was spacious and there are two nice and modern bathrooms. There aren’t really any shops around the area, so be aware that you need to drive down to Como for proper grocery shopping - but we had been in the area before and knew the deal. Gloria was very communicative and made the check-in process easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our first AirBNB experience, on a business trip where I relied on getting what I had booked. Giulia was the most wonderful host and her house was fantastic. Laura’s a great host, responsive and helpful. Her flat is beautiful, has all the amenities you will need. Location is right next to the metro station, however the area itself (Corvetto) is not the nicest so I wouldn’t suggest hanging out there too much.

Great stay in Albavilla! The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family. Everything was clean, the residence is secure, very easy independent access to the accommodation. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We won't hesitate to come back. Thank you :)

We stayed as part of our vacation and the truth is that we had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and pleasant. It's a great option to stay in Milan. Communication with David was always quick and excellent. Highly recommended.
