The property corresponds exactly to what is on the listing. We love the location. 2 minutes walking and you arrive at Reuilly-Diderrot station. If you want to walk a little more, arrive in Gare de Lyon with many transportation options. Very quiet neighborhood with bakery and pharmacy options very close to the apartment. The host was excellent. All the time in contact with us, ensuring that everything was fine and giving us suggestions. I recommend it without a doubt.

Great location with a few bakeries and grocery stores nearby.

We loved the space! Super close by the metro and any food near by was also amazing! The only downside was the dryer was broken for washing clothes but luckily there was plenty of space to hang dry clothes! I would definitely stay here again and I am looking forward to returning soon!

Great apartment and really top-notch Airbnb experience from start to finish. Kazumi met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know within about 5 minutes then left us to it. The statement has a lovely little balcony which was great for breakfast and a few drinks in the sunshine. Nice view over the Parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower beyond. Well appointed apartment with everything you need for a short stay and with a few extra touches which were very nice. Located in a well-heeled part of the city and you’re a short walk from the centre. Honestly couldn’t fault the apartment or the great service and communication from the hosts (Sebastien and Kazumi). Thank you both - we had a wonderful stay xx

The view was breathtaking. And the town is peaceful. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries around here. The host is kind and communicates promptly.

We had a stay for a concert next door. The place is very friendly and the environment is quiet and beautiful. The mall and public transport are very quickly accessible. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! 🔥

A fantastic place full of amenities

Staying at Irina’s was great! I was late checking in and she was really kind about it. The apartment was a good size and comfortable to be in! It was also super close to metro line 1 which was really convenient, especially after a long day exploring. The only minor thing is the shower is super tiny and the hot water runs out quickly, so don’t do what I did and do all your dishes with the hot water then think you can have a hot shower! 😅 Other than that it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Carine and Alexis are lovely hosts. We were greeted with small touches that make the difference: coffee, cupcakes, enough to settle in comfortably. The accommodation, small but very functional and independent, allows you to be free to enter and exit at any time without causing any inconvenience to the hosts. We highly recommend for stays in the Paris region, the train station, nearby via Gare du Nord, allows easy access to Paris.

I rented it for an exhibition.It was close to the exhibition venue, which was convenient. Large groups can relax in the living room. The comfort of being in your home truly during your stay. There is a large supermarket within walking distance.
