A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

Without a very good experience, the attention of the best jey the best make you feel at home , super clean the place and smelled very well. The place is a very beautiful dream. The swimming pool is definitely the best place

everything was perfect the location of the lagoon place....the inconvenience we had was that I did the electric energy and we were not able to sleep because there was no weather or water and the moskitos were bothered by the moskitos....

I would like to recommend the really beautiful place for those looking for a bit of tranquility and relaxation. It's a perfect spot where you can have a very nice stay, away from the daily hustle and bustle. I stayed here recently and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the services and the soothing atmosphere that reigns, allowing you to fully relax. If you're looking for a place to recharge and have fun, look no further. You'll be pleasantly surprised by this little corner of heaven.

Loved our time away on the lake!

I had an amazing time staying with Raphaël and Morgane. The accommodation is fully equipped, functional and super beautiful, everything was handmade by the owners and it shows, they put all their heart into this project. If you want peace and quiet but stay close to the lagoon, I highly recommend this place! The owners are very responsive by message and do not hesitate to check in with you. There are also bicycles available which is great. You are 20min from Bacalar by car and the main road is very easy to reach. So go here to end in beauty and calm your trip 😊

Very nice quiet accommodation. Private garden. Hot pool, good relevant amenities. Generous basic supplies. Katy is easily reachable. Very good stay if you have a vehicle to get there. Change of scenery guaranteed.

Excellent place to spend days. The entrance is from terracería but the house has all the amenities and amenities described. A quiet and ideal environment to rest and spend quality time with the family.

We had a great stay at Kalina’s place over New Years — the house is lovely and comfortable, much more spacious than the pictures, and the lagoon and the dock are beautiful. Daily cleaning was much appreciated as well, especially with our group doing so much cooking. I also really appreciated Bartolo’s responsiveness—when the blender broke he was able to replace it the next day. The house is secluded and very secure and half an hour from the town of Bacalar, which allows you to fully immerse in nature while still being able to go into town for activities and meals.

My stay at Benji Juanita's place was absolutely amazing! I had unfortunately been scammed on another app and found their listing last minute. They were incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions promptly and ensuring the booking process was safe and smooth. The property itself is fantastic – spacious and located right in the center of Tulum, close to everything you need. The hosts went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and their hospitality was truly commendable. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere they provided made my last-minute change of plans a positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Tulum. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!
