We spent an unforgettable week with my friends in Mr. Pascal's house to celebrate Christmas, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The house was beautifully decorated for the occasion, which made our stay even more special. Mr. Pascal was an exceptional host, offering us delicious cheeses and wines from the region, an attention that reflects all his hospitality. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and fully equipped: a full kitchen, comfortable bed linen, toys for children, and even everything you need for a good barbecue! Mr. Pascal himself maintained the heated pool every morning, which allowed us to enjoy it in ideal conditions. One day, a power outage affected the area, but it immediately responded by providing us with candles and equipment like a gas oven. Luckily, the electricity came back quickly. I would give 6 out of 6 stars if I had the opportunity. Vanessa was a very welcoming host, available and had good tips. We did not lack anything during the stay and we had a lovely weekend with friends with our children. I recommend this rental without hesitation. On our side, we already plan to go back.

As usual, everything went very well during our weekend at Arnaud's. The house is great, Arnaud is very nice. Winter wkd with friends by the fire with a hot tub as a bonus, at the top! Thank you very much!

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

The accommodation is amazing, tastefully restored and well appointed, the environment is beautiful and quiet!! The big plus is the brewery next door that allows you to eat and drink a very good craft beer and play games. Celine is very kind, available and welcoming.

Functional and pleasant cottage, in the middle of the fields, in the countryside. The welcome was warm. Jérôme and his family have always been available when needed.

Very pleasant stay, all the comforts were there, enclosed garden much appreciated for my dog, easy and friendly contact with Alain and Ingrid, I recommend it!

Absolutely divine this house as much as nature surrounding it, comfortable, welcoming, fully equipped, beautiful garden in front of a small pond, if you are an early riser, take the opportunity to see deer, foxes, rabbits and libs as well as to hear the last "good night" of the owls (hibous) perched in the huge circle of trees around. I will thank our super welcoming hosts again for their kindness and flexibility. In winter and summer, spending days here, surrounded by nature, is rather healer too ("Lonely Hearts Club Band" - listen up!).

the accommodation is ideal! we were a group of friends with a lot of children. they had a great time! the accommodation is large and spacious, we were able to enjoy the stay to spend convivial evenings. the bedrooms are not all equal in terms of space but everyone was able to find their space. jean jacques is friendly and flexible in terms of departure times, with babies it's a real plus, we were able to make them eat quietly and leave for their siesta! the garden is beautiful! we did not have the adequate weather but in case of good weather it must be very nice! Thank you very much!

Virginia's house is perfect for a family stay. The equipment is complete , the house warm , and well designed for 12, including children. We enjoyed the living rooms including the living room and its billiards table , the opportunity to enjoy the fireplace , and Virginia was even kind enough to leave the Christmas tree. There's plenty of walking around. Stay to be redone. Thanks to Virginia for the welcome.

Very nice meeting with Julien and his family, availability, attention, joie de vivre, humility and simplicity of relationships. A little plus the guided tour of the mansion with its history since the construction in connection with the history of the region. Very nice experience, we will come back and recommend. If Nogent-Le-Rotrou is not at first a fantasy destination for the holidays, the Joly wood deserves an extended stay!! Beautiful walks in the surroundings with beautiful forests and a return to the always delicious mansion trailer...

Great stay, thanks to Caroline and Emilie for their warm welcome, availability and flexibility, before and after booking. We enjoyed our stay, the tranquility of the place, the view as in the photos, all the amenities for children and families, the fireplace, the decor, special mention for the bedding, the cushions, the nickel bed linen and everything that was available in the kitchen when we arrived which allowed us to wait until the next day to refuel. We would be happy to come back pk not in summer to enjoy the pool!

Great place to stay for families, highly recommend!

Was lovely to stay here for a week. Everything is well arranged, and good reception. Enjoyed our stay at this location. Furthermore, the supermarket and other things are easy to drive to, so plenty to do in the area.

We had three lovely days at Belforêt en perche at the end of our holiday. We were greeted on arrival and talked through all of the basics for the property then left to it but we always felt we could get in touch if we needed to. Jean-Paul was a great communicator and we’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs. The place was easily located and easy to get to. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. In fact, we were even able to enjoy it in rainy weather thanks to a specific shelter installed for this purpose. Regarding the equipment, there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom...) The cottage also has a large green space, a large area for children with several games and a barbecue.

Nicolas's house is welcoming and very pleasant as described. Overall we had a nice stay!

We really appreciated the flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Sébastien is very responsive to any communication. The house is ideal for a stay with family. The kitchen is functional with the equipment that makes it easy to prepare meals for several people. The children enjoyed the perfectly kept garden, outdoor activities and of course the heated pool during this appreciable time of year.
