Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Niskayuna

Came for a winter weekend with some friends. Loved the hot tub and river views. House was clean and well appointed. Made use of the kitchen and grill. Would stay again!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

We had a great and comfortable stay! The historical location itself was beautiful and the architecture, artwork, etc, was very inviting and pleasing. The room itself was comfortable, clean and spacious. Dan also is an excellent, communicative, accommodating host! Would highly recommend and plan on staying again.

Susan’s place is charming, cozy, and spotlessly clean! As others have mentioned, the location is fantastic - just minutes from downtown Troy, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was never an issue; we always found a spot right in front of the building. The apartment itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We cooked several meals and had all the essentials on hand. There was also plenty of storage space throughout the apartment to comfortably store our belongings. Highly recommend this wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Such a cozy apartment, within walking distance of everything downtown Albany. The host was extremely communicative throughout my stay and provided straight forward instructions and left plenty of recommendation of things to do in the vicinity. I stayed in February and the heating was perfect, making my stay even more comfortable.

This apartment was great, the space was perfect! We enjoyed our time here, and will definitely consider it again in the future.

the place was wonderful are host responded fast to me questions and not all out of check out instructions the upstairs neighbors are a little loud but nothing bad and a lovely rose painting on the wall put a smile on my face

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Todd’s place is exactly as shown. Clean, comfortable, and inviting. He was open, easily reachable and just as responsive to my arrival time and parking needs. After I was wrongfully ticketed he even went as far as to help me respond to it. If you want a place centrally located, walkable, and the closest version to feeling at home…book Todd’s place. Full kitchen, sitting room, full size bathroom with a stand-in shower. Tv large enough for movie night on the comfy bed. Just book it, I know I will when it’s available again.

Great location, clean apartment with everything you'll need. My family and I loved it and will look to stay again when we go back to Saratoga.

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. It's location is central to Saratoga Springs, and right on Broadway, everything was within a short walk away. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you ever visit Saratoga Springs

This is our third time at Nick & Lynn’s! There is plenty of space to spread out, cook, dine, watch tv together and enjoy the incredible view and serenity of Saratoga Lake. Yes, will return!
