We stayed at James’ place recently for a much needed family weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was outstanding and we all especially enjoyed the fun basement amenities and the sauna. Everything was exactly as we expected based on James’ listing and James was super responsive whenever we needed to reach out to him. We look forward to returning another time!

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

This place is great! Beautiful building and location, very convenient for visiting Skidmore or downtown Saratoga. Will definitely be back!

The hosts kindly made up an extra bed for our son, so he didn't have to sleep on the couch, which we greatly appreciated. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear, photo-based instructions. Although the space isn't modern, it's thoughtfully arranged, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. Comfortable beds. The hydronic radiators stood large and proud, providing just the right amount of silent warmth. There's also a nice deck to enjoy when the weather is good. Internet/Wi-Fi tested with a MacBook Pro: 27 Mbps down, 16 Mbps up, 7 ms ping, 1 ms jitter, and 0% packet loss. Internet provided by Massive Mesh, a local wireless service in Troy.

The location was perfect for my mom’s 73 birthday get away. We went to a concert at MVP Stadium and the location couldn’t have been anymore convenient. Marlene was very responsive and left a lovely personalized hand written note with a gift for us! Next time we’re in Albany I will stay again if the unit is available.

Had a great stay! Walkable to MVP arena and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and beautiful and very comfortable. Beds were great. Lots of towels. Neighborhood feels a little off the main street and we walked briskly at night, but was well lit and walkable..just something to be aware of. Angela had clear instructions and felt private and cozy inside the apartment. Having a parking space was great...but also easy parking out front. Thank you!

Very quiet neighborhood, nice local stay. We had an event at the Hilton on Broadway which was easily walkable. The back gate was broken and path was icy but we were able to park in front to drop off bags before parking in back. Massage chair was a nice bonus and family hit. My husband was looking for chairs to buy at home while using. Host was very responsive and helpful. All in all comfortable.

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

I was in Albany for work and decided to stay here instead of a hotel out by the airport. I’m so happy I did. The apartment was very comfortable. I enjoyed Thai food and great coffee within two blocks. I was also able to cook on nights I just wanted to stay in and relax. Washington park is also close by and lovely in the morning.

Beautiful apartment with lots of rooms-comfy sitting areas and lots of light. It was very nicely appointed and the checkin was simple. We will definitely be back as the location is ideal.

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!
