Vacation rentals with a patio in Nisiros

Super location! Just a 3-minute walk to the main beach, making it incredibly convenient. The host was super nice and welcoming, and the place was very cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

lovingly furnished, small apartment, with small kitchen (no hotplates) and bathroom with shower, even 2 balconies, one with sea view the other into nature. Everything worked out great, very friendly hosts, good communication. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in Kardamena, would love to come back.

Nice apartment in a nice location. The apartment had everything you need, could not ask for more. The location was good too, supermarkets, restaurant and the beach are easily accessible by foot. Would come again

What a beautiful apartment situated right on the beach on Kos. The space is modern, newly built and very contemporary. Lots of natural light and the sea views from the apartment are even better than the pictures. It's well located with lots of good restaurants nearby that you can walk to. Waking up to the sound of the sea - its magic. Such an enjoyable stay and one of the best properties we have stayed at on this site. Highly recommended.

Apartment was very spacious and equipped. Location is perfect - with a car you are close to the beach and to the town, groceries and restaurants. Beautiful view from terrace on the old windmill and a sea. Kontessa is very friendly and helpfull.

Tranquil location set back from the main road behind a water melon field. Well-placed for reaching the beach or village on foot (village is 15mins uphill). Friendly hosts organised airport transport and helped to accommodate us at short notice - would happily visit again.

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

Beautiful house in amazing location, about 50 meters from beach which you can easily access through backyard. It was easy to keep the house at comfortable temperature, AC in every room worked great and blinds in both bedrooms are great addition to keep the sun out during the day and keep the room pitch black during nights. Many restaurants and local stores nearby so you have access to most things you'd need just by quick walk. If you want to explore whole island you can rent a car and park right beside the house. Only minor negatives for us was hard mattress and noise from the cars/bikes passing by during night which can get fairly loud even with all windows closed. But this is to be expected considering the location. All in all it is great place to stay and I'd recommend it to everyone wanting to visit Kos island.

the apartment is wonderful. located in the village of kefalos and near to many wonderful beaches, surely the most beautiful beaches of the the island are here. the house is clean, complete of everything you need (and more), i'd say that the house is more beautiful than the pictures. we had lovely breakfast and dinner in the terrace, with its incredible view. we definitely recommend, and surely we will back again!!! ps the hosts gave us many suggestions (and we followed them at all!), helping us also when we needed a doctor for our daughter

Undoubtedly the best accommodation we have stayed in so far. There was nothing missing and was very clean. Towels, bed linen, fly nets, shower gel, shampoo, parking and, above all, regular gifts from the host in the form of fruits and vegetables from their own garden are just a small excerpt of the benefits of this accommodation. We were even allowed to check out much later than it was announced. Super nice hosts to have a nice chat with when you were running across the road. Thank you for the beach tip Lagada Beach, our favorite beach! The property is in a great location, beautiful beaches can be reached in minutes by car. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight every morning. If we visit Kos again, we will not consider a place other than this one.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Konstantina was very kind and ready to help with everything we needed. The house is very beautiful and clean,with a large yard and most importantly very close to the main beach of the village. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. We highly recommend it!

We were a family of 5 with 3 young adults/teens. We had a fabulous time. For us the villa was all about location & it could not have been anymore perfect. Right on the sea, walkable to all the bars & restaurants, no need for a car although we did for exploring further. Kos is truly beautiful. The hosts could not be more helpful & any question is answered very quickly. The villa is spotlessly clean with everything you need. Took a bit of getting used to unlocking the different doors as the main bedroom isn’t linked to the rest of the villa but this was no problem for us. The pool & surrounding garden is perfect. Loads of sunbeds. The village is great for eating out, so many nice restaurants & the views on the beach are beautiful. Lots of bars, it really does have something for everyone of all ages, we can’t wait to return.

We spent two weeks and George with his wife were always very helpful and kind. The accommodation has a nice outdoor area wrapped in the middle of the olive trees. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Kos.
