great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

Our stay in this Kyoto home was wonderful! The house was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. All instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Location is quiet but a quick minute walk to Kyoto Station. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Second time staying at Yuki’s place, and it’s always a fantastic stay! Super close to Kiyomizu and Nishiki Market. It’s a great area and awesome home!

It was a very comfortable home for us. With two bathrooms, two showers, and two bedrooms, it's perfect for two families. The landlord was very kind and helpful. Within walking distance is the main subway stop, several restaurants, and a market. We're totally satisfied.

We had a very pleasant stay for our week-long trip in Kyoto. Walkable distance to attractions and very nice cafe and restaurants around the area. The host responds to our request and questions very promptly. Will definitely come back the next time when we visit.

This place made me and my family feel right at home. The friendly owners were on site when we checked in and showed us around the unit. They provided us with a fully stocked kitchen, snacks, and water. The place was very clean, and we found it to be the perfect size for my family of 4. There were mini split AC units in every room so we stayed warm the whole time. Lastly the location is a short walk from Kyoto station, ideal place for a stay in the city with your family!

Really cute and charming property, location was easy to find and convenient. Host was very communicative, gave very clear and helpful instructions. Also very responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations. The property was really clean with complete amenities, especially for everything we needed for our young infant. Which helped make our travel to Kyoto more convenient and enjoyable.

The house with the Japanese style was great. With a very beautiful and relaxing garden. The area is very pleasant and quiet to rest after a long day. The host is very responsive and attentive to requests throughout the stay. If I come back to Kyoto, I plan to take over the same place.

We had an amazing stay here. Takeshi was extremely helpful and gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area. The tub in the back was peaceful. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home in a very quaint neighbourhood with small coffee shops and restaurants-and a stream flowing right past the house. Appropriate if travelling in a group. The hot tub was such a great feature!

We absolutely loved this space. It was exactly what we needed after an intensive first week of travel in Japan. We were looking for something similar to a Ryokan but was more private. The large tub was the main reason we booked and it absolutely did not disappoint. It brought us all the zen we needed. The host allowed us to drop our bags early as well so we could explore and come back later for check in. Thank you for this lovely space. We wish we could have stayed more nights!!

The place is very nice. It's like a renewed machiya (a traditional japanese house) a which is what's advertised by the way and it may look a bit weird or maybe a bit dark for someone not accustomed to them. It was our experience just when we entered the house. But that sense of weirdness went away really fast and we really enjoyed it. It's cozy and even though there was very cold outside, we were very well inside. It's well equipped and we didn't have to worry for anything. It's near a Life supermarket where we got reasonable priced tasty food and Nijo station which made access to Kyoto station and other places looks like a breeze. Nijo castle and the imperial palace are near too. We got beautiful memories from Kyoto, a really beautiful city and Hana's place was part of it. Thank you very much!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this Airbnb with our family of eight. The house was fully equipped with plenty of amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the train station, and the surrounding area was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The spacious hall was perfect for family time, allowing us to gather and relax together. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Good location, easy to go everywhere.But the whole family walked around Kyoto, and there was no car, and Arashiyama itself was beautiful.The unit was very clean and all of that had all the amenities and had a very comfortable stay!Feel warm at home on cold freezing days.

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~
