You enter through the private entrance and the entire floor (1st floor part) is completely private. 2 semi-double beds (width 125 × depth 209 × height 78 cm) 2 single beds (width 101 × depth 197 × height 31 cm) →Single beds are not provided for 5 or fewer people. Please note that there are dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen, but no condiments for hygienic reasons. Please purchase them at a nearby supermarket or 100 yen shop. ❀Surroundings There is a convenience store, post office, bank ATM, and shopping district right nearby. There is a coin laundry nearby.

It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.

Tourists from all over the world come from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. There are direct buses to Ikebukuro West Exit, and buses from Ikebukuro West Exit to various parts of Japan. Very convenient public transportation.

We renovated an old house that was originally a tea room for Airbnb. The architect is Saeko Yamada. It is a small space of about 10 tsubo, but it is a historic old house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and I hope you will have an experience that sharpens your various senses. It is a quiet residential area, so only those who follow the house rules can use it. There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. * As a general rule, this building is not allowed to enter other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *
