Great view , great place , great host!

Great place, super peaceful in the nature and with a great view. Christos is a very nice host and always available when you have questions or need anything. Check in and check out were super uncomplicated - on our check out day we could even stay a bit longer. We only stayed for two nights, but definitely wished we could stay longer!

Penny's apartment is very nice and clean. Excellent location. It's easy to communicate with Penny. Nea Fokea is very beautiful place. We like cost side of the village, but also part of the village around the church. We would love to come again to Penny's apartment.

Ioannis great host: helpful, kind, and very welcoming. The house is clean and comfortable, with a large outdoor space. A little close to the street but overall in a very strategic position. We recommend!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

Amazing location, clean and very comfortable! Very well equipped! Large green space, very close to the beach, just 3 minutes away! The beach has fine sand, a generous area of ​​sunbeds, smooth entry into the water and is suitable for children. The resort is perfect for relaxation, it is suitable for families with children, but there are also many nice restaurants for adults! Good communication with Dimitra! We recommend!

The apartment is located in a quiet settlement, although the main road is only 50 meters away, you don't get much. The best beach in the area is only 200 meters away, at the hotel opposite. 5 minutes you are already in Kalithea and super central for everything if you want to explore it. There is a small supermarket nearby that is open until late at night with normal prices. In the other direction about 600 meters there is a bakery for frappé and breakfast rolls. In the evening there is a discotheque that you don't get much of. The best you can always park your car in the shade under the apartments or walk in 200 meters to the best beach. Nikolas was very kind and we had a small problem with the front door that he fixed on Sunday evening. All in all great apartment with friendly and helpful owners.

Alex was a great host. the house everything we needed and more. we had a treat of drinks and snacks waiting for us after a very long drive. apartment is very clean and well equipped and right next to the sea. ample car parking available. would definitely recommend.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, the amenities are really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and still had 23 degrees. It was truly an unforgettable, beautiful stay for the whole family

We liked the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is nicely decorated, had enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited you to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw some worshipers and geckos:) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of the year out of season, which is good for unwinding. For restaurants and supermarkets we drove to the nearest larger village of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible coves and islands. We enjoyed the holiday very much. This has also been due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

I would go again for certain. If sparkly pristine is your bag - think twice. This home has EVERY amenity possible. Hot water is never hot - but it’s always available. 7Stars of 10. Niko and Tania are so awesome! Cool village too. Good parking

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Had a wonderful time ! The apartment is just as described, the kitchen is well equipped. The terrace and views are a dream. We were greeted very nicely with homemade pastries, Ifigenia's mother even brought us food. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.
