The house is super comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the Pura Vida house you can breathe calm and peace in every corner decorated with love and good taste. Eugenio was super friendly and responsive. Pending every detail, even leaving for my birthday a box of chocolates and wine to toast. Nature also does her own thing by giving incredible views and sunrises from the balcony of the master bedroom. The location is more than excellent, having the best beaches almost as a backyard. We will undoubtedly return grateful with such nice attention from Eugenio.

It was a great stay! we liked that it was all the ground floor and the pool of the development two steps away, (literally) opening the gate that separated the terrace from the apartment and being already in the pool. Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Everything was great with Tomás! The house is located in a quiet environment but very close to the black village where you have everything, plus a lot of atmosphere. The decor of the house is very well cared for and everything is very convenient

This is in the quiet part of Vera Playa, and the beach is within easy walking distance. This is not so everywhere in Vera Playa, where much access is blocked by private areas. Vera plaza and the Consum supermarket is about a miles walk away. This was winter, many apartments were unused, but I went for a quiet stay, and I got it. One big bonus is that it comes with a garage, and I can imagine the parking-situation in the high season. The apartment is good, a family of four can easily live there, the balcony is large, and the pool is literally just a few steps away. Recommended.

The stay in this home was very positive. The views from the pool are breathtaking, offering an environment of peace and quiet while refreshing. The house is perfectly equipped with air conditioning and a balcony accessible from the master bedroom. It is the ideal place to relax, and is close to tourist areas such as Mojácar and relatively close to the beaches of Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata-Níjar (about 45-60 min drive). Car is a must to access the place and can be easily parked in front of the house. All items and amenities specified in the listing are accurate. Also, the host provides a guide with places of interest to visit in the area. In short, it is a highly recommended place for those looking to enjoy a little paradise in Spain.

Charmig house at the end of the street in a quiet little village. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, surrounded by mountains and valleys, this is the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay, much thanks to Isaac warm welcoming. By far the best host we've had!

We were very comfortable. The apartment spotless. We enjoyed the pool and used the bbq. Everything is in perfect condition. I recommend it 100%.
