A lovely guest house in a beautiful area! Kumiko-san and Yuji-san are stellar hosts. They provided me with fantastic recommendations for things to do on the island, and were very welcoming in every regard. The accommodations were comfortable, spacious, and had everything one might need in a home.

We had an amazing stay at Nate’s place near Gala Yuzawa! The lodge is perfect for a small group of up to 10 people, with everything you need for a fantastic ski trip. The location is unbeatable—just 5 minutes from the station and surrounded by beautiful snowy scenery. The lodge is cozy, well-equipped, and ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable ski getaway!

Private, peaceful, pet friendly lodging with good amenities, including a V60 for coffee. Accessible to Niigata landmarks, like the Dragondola and the Veranda. definitely worth revisiting in ski season!

A very calming getaway with authentic sunset and night sky. Host is very hospitable and helpful, you can add on dinner or breakfast onsite. Highly recommended if you are looking for a soulful retreat in Sado. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful, restful and nice in green season. Bigger than the pictures show. We enjoyed the really well equipped kitchen. Hosts were accessible and helpful, but not overbearing.

Great location, the room is very clean. All amenities are complete and like new.

I went in the winter and saw the beautiful snow, the house is old, but the maintenance is good, the check-in instructions are very clear, see the koi turn right, although it is easy to miss.

It was very close to Lake Nojiri and Kurohime Kogen. It is a cabin in nature, so there are many mosquitoes and other insects, but it has been woven.If you take good measures, there is no problem. I was able to walk around the cabin with my dog, and there were many other facilities that were pet-friendly, which was good. For example, pleasure boats, Kurohime Kogen Flower Garden, and Chibiko Ninja Village.It was nice to have a dog run in Kurohime Kogen. There is also a local supermarket less than a 10-minute drive away, so you can buy food and drink, there are restaurants, you can relax at home, and enjoy the local flavors outside. It was a trip with 5 people and a medium-sized dog, including an elderly mother and elementary school students, but we had a very good time.

A gorgeous cabin in the woods. My husband and I had 2 weeks here and wished we could have stayed longer. Next year!! Quiet, secluded (only 2min drive to Tsugaike mountain) and what a view! We cooked nearly every night. The place had everything we needed. Absolutely wonderful.

I thought it would be cold because it was an old house, but it didn't happen at all.The bath was also very clean, automatic, hot water, and comfortable!

There were no other houses around, and I really relaxed without worrying about anyone else! I was surprised by the existence of a treehouse.We had a pleasant time eating breakfast and tea at the treehouse. We'd love to visit!

Great place to stay with a large group! We were a group of 28 people, and the villa was perfect for us. It’s located near several ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient. The host went above and beyond by warming up the villa before our arrival, so we felt cozy and comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. The villa is spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Everyone was completely satisfied with their stay. We would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. It was just like the name of the dog first inn!It was a toy poodle, but it also supports large dogs, so you can be satisfied with any breed.You can also go out to the sea on a private beach, and you can also sup.I found a dog life vest.There was also a hair dryer for the dog, and I was able to dry comfortably quickly even if it got wet.Of course, there are even more amenities for dogs than humans!The owner's response is very polite, pleasant, and full of gratitude before the stay.Everything was well taken care of, and I would definitely like to stay here again next time!Above all, the dog in the house was always at home, and the dog was smiling all the time.It was the best place to stay in our home.Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen/ living space was fantastic!! Also the bath! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

This place just simply great for our large group. Lots of very well equipped rooms. Wonderful living space with elegantly furnished which made it feel like a luxurious villa house. Extremely lovely surroundings for a walk around. Kids had a wonderful time. Regret that we booked just for a night only. We will come back again.

Shige was an excellent host. He exemplifies the excellence of service and friendliness. He brought us homemade soup and sushi to celebrate a holiday. Cannot recommend his Lodge enough.
