Condo vacation rentals in Niguarda, Milan

This is the third time we have stayed. We really like it.

We stayed in Patrizia's apartment mainly because of its proximity to Alcatraz for a concert. Plus, it's a 5-minute metro ride from the central station. What can I say, great!

perfect. we had a wonderful time, super clean space, gorgeous apt and super well located.

It was great! It was our first time staying in an apartment (always hotels otherwise) but we are very positively surprised. The apartment is so nice! Modern, clean, you feel very comfortable. What I also really liked was that we got the key very easily without having to contact the landlord. Everything worked out very well.

Huge appart on 4th floor. Very clean, romantic, near to stores and restaurants. Parking garage 20m far. Meteo is 10 minutes walking but tram is over the street. Very, very nice, all recommandation.

Great place to spend your vacation at. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Esselunga supermarket is few steps away. The bus stop is so near that connects you easily to Metro station. Also, Parco Nord Milano is so close where we enjoyed waking and strolling. the apartment is well equipped, suny and very comfortable. thank you Christian, Giovanni and the whole managing team.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment that is useful to the discretion and photos of the listing, very clean and impeccable... we had a very, very good time and Anila was really impeccable, available and ready to give advice. Great

Alessandro is a great host. He met us at arrival and was very thorough with a tour of the apartment, information about the area and recommendations for everything from activities to the best restaurants. The fridge was stocked with food and drinks. Bottles of still and sparkling water and tasty snacks were there for us. And the coffee selection for the nespresso machine was beyond impressive. We have never experienced this level of hospitality at an Airbnb. Alessandro even booked a taxi for our early departure to the airport. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, very clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of options for eating and drinking nearby and very convenient to the duomo area If you are a light sleeper be aware noise from the 4 lane road below does come into the bedrooms at night

The apartment is very comfortable, in a strategic location for getting to the park of Monza even on foot and other renowned locations such as Milan, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo and so on. The host and his wife are very kind people and always available to meet every customer need. Excellent cleanliness, very convenient private parking space and there is also an outdoor pool for the warmer months. Overall rating: Five superior stars! Thank you! We will definitely stay again. We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very good stay in Turate, William's apartment was a little bigger than we thought, with space to store our belongings. The large garden is well fenced and it was very convenient for our dog. William is a great host, very available and friendly. We didn't lack anything (thanks for the special touches) and the apartment was very clean! Small shops are a 5-minute walk and supermarkets are a 5-minute drive. You can park right outside the entrance to the building, it's convenient.

very cool apartment. super bright and loads of outdoor space. also, air conditioning that actually works (some of the other places i’ve stayed in italy, not so much). I look forward to staying here again :)

I was lucky enough to stay with my girlfriend one night at this Airbnb. The host, Lorenzo, was extremely nice and helpful, answering all our questions with cordiality. The ease of digital check-in and check-out made everything very simple and fast. The apartment was well equipped, with an efficient kitchen that allowed us to prepare a meal without problems. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi: as soon as we requested it, Lorenzo immediately raised the temperature, allowing us to enjoy a moment of relaxation. The surrounding area was quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a break from the chaos of the city. In addition, the proximity to the center of Monza and the Park made our walks very pleasant. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!
