Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nicosia

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

You can never be sure how old the photographs are on AirBnB, so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I need not have worried! The property was exactly as described! Huseyin was always available, even quite late in the evening (on our first evening in particular), to help with getting the WiFi working. That was not his fault, it looked like previous occupants had taken the plug adapter! However, I had one of my own and we got logged on with no issues after that. I had to work during some of my stay and the WiFi was fast enough (as described), to work and receive WiFi calls with no issues whatsoever. The bathroom was extremely clean and had some toiletries already so, we didn't need to worry about rushing out to the local shop on that first night. Everything in the kitchen worked and it was very clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable with good quality mattresses and pillows. All in all, a lovely property and one I would definitely recommend. First class Host !!!!

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in the old city on the Turkish side. This is a great location for exploring everything on foot. The host was very responsive and helpful. The hotel (you can book all 3 rooms) was clean and comfortable, and felt safe and secure.

I stayed in this place under exceptionally cold weather conditions, so I could not make use of the outside spaces, which looked really nice too. The apartment is spotless clean and has plenty of kitchen equipment. Location: it is close to one of the arteries going into the city which is really convenient if you rely on public transport (bus 41).

Beautiful, large and clean accommodation, about 20 min walk from downtown Nicosia. The communication with Tandy was straightforward and very nice. A small shop is right around the corner.

This is one of the best place to stay in Nicosia. You will find everything as described in the pictures and details. There are plentiful of stuffs like cutlery/linen. At last great Host. Very responsive with friendly voice. This is going to be my den whenever i visit Nicosia.

We had a great six week stay at Maria's place in Nicosia! First of all, Georgios went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, helping with rides and providing advice when there was a dental emergency. We can't thank him enough. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Wi-fi is fast and reliable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe, and it's walking distance from a few cafes, restaurants and grocery stores (we went to Pop Life supermarket and Best Value Discount Store on John Kennedy St). Highly recommended!

A minimal but well equiped apartment. Michail was responsive and helpful. Quite neighborhood with a 24/7 bakery closeby as well as a supermarket, mini market and post.

First of all the host was super pleasant, quick response and flexible with our booking modifications. The neighborhood is quite and there are many spots to park the car, near by there is a kids playground that was great for us with the baby, and there is no noise from there at all! It is about 10 min car drive to Nicosia old city. The apartment is very big and spacious, 2 showers and 3 toilets, good air and light from all the windows and terraces. The only issue is that the bed mattresses weren’t very comfortable for us, and the floor could be cleaner.

This place was perfect for what I needed. I found it to be spacious, clean and quiet. The bedroom was a good size and had wardrobe/drawers and a large comfortable double bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a coffee press and milk frother. There was plenty of space to eat or work remotely and the Wi-Fi was strong. It was ideal to have a free allocated parking spot under shade. Also a washing machine (free to use) inside the flat. The location was perfect for me as it was close to where I needed to be by car and with a good bus route. I would highly recommend for a couple or single person. There is a very helpful house manual in the flat and the hosts are quick to respond if you need anything. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

Excellent flat, had everything needed. Good location in central Nicosia with late opening supermarkets and restaurants close by. Very responsive host. Good to have dedicated parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! Mr Hero is a real gentleman and made us feel right at home. The views from the apartment are stunning as well.

I have spent 2 months at Stella's apartment and from the first minute I felt myself like at home. The apartment is very cute and you have there everything you need. Because of solar panels hot/cold water is sometimes an issue but this is not a problem at all. The apartment is located at a very nice and calm area. Stella is extremely kind and helpful, she answers the messages very quickly, she is very reliable. I absolutely recommend the rental of the apartment. Thank you Stella!
