Possibly the most beautiful place we have ever been and stayed. Mists rising from the mountains and rainbows every morning in the golden light. Hiking trails right out of the cabin door to mountain springs and pools. We would live in this area!

Great spot and very easy ski in ski out. Hot tub is a great plus after a long ski day. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Overall great experience

We loved our stay at Grey Owl Lodge. The most beautiful cozy log cabin in a very quiet location. As we stayed over Christmas & this was our first ever white Christmas Kristin made so many gorgeous touches to decorate the log cabin in the Christmas spirit. Including a real Christmas tree. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful log cabin on Golden.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was perfect for our family. The children’s room is spacious, allowing everyone to sleep together comfortably. The hallways are slightly lighted, which is great for finding your way at night. Each washroom and closet has a laundry basin, which was incredibly convenient. The huge windows offer a stunning view, and the big, comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The kitchen is amazing, equipped with everything we needed. There are plenty of games for the kids to enjoy, and the couches are super comfy. The TVs that double as picture frames are a really cool touch. There's also a nice big room right at the entrance for coats and shoes, which was very handy. Overall, the house is maintained in excellent condition, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great place about 10 minutes outside Golden and 25 minutes from Kicking Horse. Amazing view of Kicking Horse from across the valley. Place was very clean when we arrived. Our ski team of 6 juniors and 2 coaches fit comfortably. Kitchen area was spacious and provided everything we needed to cook for our team. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean. Could have used a second set of towels but we just washed them mid stay. There was a wood stove but didn’t need to use as the house stayed warm. The Hot tub was a nice addition to view the stars after a day skiing on the mountain. Would definitely go back! Google maps only directed us to the beginning of the neighborhood, but host directions were clear to get us the rest of the way. Overall a very nice place for the price.

Our family had a lovely stay and Coleen and Robert’s house. We felt right at home. We enjoyed that we could have an outdoor fire and we did a few times!
