Dinh is an absolute legend He's a very friendly host who was kind enough to let me stay in his other room because my flight came in around 1:30 am without any extra charge which was very kind of him Anytime I asked a question he answered me with good information quite promptly And he's really a good guy I'd definitely stay there again... Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay, very clean and everything is brand new. Walking distance from the bar street. Good wifi, pool and gym. There is a 24h 7/11 and a cafe downstairs. Plenty of expats staying there too.

The landlord was very friendly, the house was very nice, and the scenery was very good.

great place and a hidden gem! She was able to accommodate our request for early check-in. The place is comfy and with a great view. We were hoping to see the sunrise, but unfortunately, it's on the other side of the building. Will stay again in the future when we visit Saigon.
