Apart from the bland environment close to a horrendous road, this is an amazing experience from start to finish, including assistance with affordable transfer from and to airport at any time. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host is exceptional and highly appreciated. The room is actually a studio and you can even wash your clothes for free. The so called gym was a bit of a disappointment and ended up not using it. Overall still one of the better home stays in Hanoi!

Nice place to stay on your vaca. Near the MRT and city center. The host and security are nice and always ready for help.

It is located in Koreatown, so life is quite comfortable. Lots of transportation such as taxis The large grocery store is on the first floor, so it's good.

This apartment was well-equipped with the essentials for cooking and a comfortable workspace. The furniture was decent. A plus was the convenient location with several grocery stores nearby.

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Very cozy place. It was very big and had all the amenities described. Super comfy beds. Had a bit of trouble finding it at first. Asked locals but was pointed to different locations repeatedly. Once I used the location and directions, it wasn't that hard to find. Great place for large families. Quite cheap too.

If you are looking to explore the center of hanoi, this is a great place to stay! so convenient and there was great communication the whole length of our stay!
